The place is nice but the service is the worst! Sunday we decided to try this place. There was 1 person in line and the place was full, no chairs available. We placed our order with the cashier and took less than 5 minutes. I started hearing they were calling out the #s and was 8 numbers away from mine. 25 minutes passed and I was hearing a couple #s being called that were after me. I kindly asked 1 of the girls the status of my order and she said to just wait to hear my #. As I continued to wait I noticed they were all 3 super disorganized. Labels were printing and the cups were being placed in random places and they were grabbing which ever cup was closer to them. I noticed a lady walked up and asked for her 3 drinks and the girl went to the counter to see if her drinks were any of the ones being piled there. The Hispanic girl also messed up 1 drink and I saw her removing some ingredients trying to correct a drink and ended up tossing and rinsing the cup, she walked looking confused not knowing were ingredients were. I checked my receipt time and noticed 34 minutes had passed since I paid and they kept piling incomplete orders on the counter. 7 minutes later I asked the girl again and she gave me 1 drink that was done, and was missing 1 ingredient and she corrected. I asked if they could please finish my order, I had only ordered 2 drinks and they were handing order 7 #s infront of me. Most of the people looked frustrated from the wait time, I was very patient and they asked to keep waiting not caring about the fact they were not serving in order. They have NO Empathy and respect for people's time...all this time them 3 were having group conversations from messing up orders. Then 1 of the girl finally found my empty cup with the sticker for the order from all the random places they were being placed, 3 minutes later she calls my # to give me the wrong drink. I proceeded to ask for a refund and the Hispanic girl brought it to me with a PIECE OF CARDBOARD INSIDE MY DRINK. Never going back!! I spent almost 50 minutes waiting for 2 drinks that were not even worth the wait. Managers:PLEASE HELP THE GIRLS WITH SOME...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeautiful cafe, but a bit disappointed with drinks and service.
When I went, we ordered through a touch screen order thing which was cool. When I ordered, I specifically asked for āno whipped creamā in the notes section, and also tipped.
My drink came with whipped cream and honestly I was disappointed š When I went there were only 2 other customers but when my drink came out, more customers were arriving and the workers looked busy so I decided not to bother them.
However, I wonder why the note section exists if the workers donāt read it⦠nobody else ordered the rose oreo milk tea from what I saw. I dislike whipped cream in my drink because I donāt like the taste of most whipped cream and it mixes into the drink and makes the drink taste differentā¦
The drink itself did not taste good and to describe the drink the best I can, it tasted like what lotion or candle would taste like. It did taste like rose a bit but I donāt know what it is about the drink. It made me feel like I was drinking rose fragrance lotion. The rose tasted artificial.
I love rose flavored drinks and one of my favorite is an Indian drink named Falooda. Iām very picky with rose flavored drinks because I drink a lot of it. I donāt want to sound mean but this drink was the worst rose drink Iāve ever had⦠I havenāt tried the other drinks since this was my first order from here but the rose drink specifically was not tasty at all. Would not recommend.
3 stars for how pretty the store is but the service and drinks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited to try this place on account of the cute decor and my enthusiastic love of bubble tea. I ordered one of their sparkling drinks, which is similar to those Topo Chico soda waters with added fruit syrup. The beverage itself was basically fine (though it only comes in one size - HUGE), but what really put me off of this place is that they ONLY offer crystal boba (balls of sweetened agar jelly). No other toppings are available.
To me, crystal boba lacks all of the depth and chew of the more typical tapioca. The crystal boba also stuck to each other to excess and had a hard time making it up the straw. So basically I had a huge cup of soda pop with occasional lychee pulp (since that's the fruit flavor I ordered).
We are spoiled for choice around these parts, so I would say give this place a miss if your only goal is good bubble tea. If you happen to be at the mall anyway, it might be worth a stop in - I know you are going to want to check out their awesome No Face statue (from Spirited Away) at the very least. But I definitely wouldn't make a special trip here just for...
