Very horrible customer service. They don't even greet or be nice. All they want you to do is drop your money and get out. I have known this shop for years. But no matter what. They would never be nice. I just hate my self going to this shop. I pray that I find a similar shop soon. No customer service. They language is horrible. (Approach) i wish to put a zero. I am surprised that this Jay guy will be responding to each customer instead of trying to learn. Home Depot has the best of customer Service. They do things for customers above and beyond. That's why they are number one in the world. His son who is educated is also worst. He is taught to attach you head on. Who walks in a store for free things. Customers can ask if there is any discounts. It's not a crime. Companies are advertising that. (PAY ONE GET ONE FREE) You should be ashamed of your horrible customer service. I went to Brandsmart. Got excellent customer service. And better items. Horrible A To Z. Very horrible. 18 years I have known Jay. He thinks people comes there because we don't have a choice. Talks to you anyhow. (Had to add into this review because of a computer glitch) Another thing...don't be rude to someone who walks in maybe 10 mins before closing. I understand that it's time to go when you have been there all day. I work in retail as well. If you close at 8 then someone walking in at 750 should not be dealt differently than someone coming in at 730 or other times. It's rude when you ask someone before they can even step foot in the store.."are you getting something? We are closing" I walked in at 750. I still had 10 mins. The hours are till 8. Just be a little courteous...

The owner had the audacity to blame me for poor handling of the part for the breakage. He then promised to get the repair done in two weeks. It is one year now and I’ve been going there almost every month and the owner has some excuse or the other why the part is not repaired. Till to-date the part is not replaced....
