TERRIBLE!!. I’ve ate at most Waffle Houses in the metro Atlanta area and the food and experience is always good with great hospitality. I would NEVER Recommend somebody to eat here,if anything they deserve to be SHUT DOWN! Seriously from the moment I pulled in the parking lot I noticed about 5 workers outside smoking and 1 or 2 employees in the kitchen. That alone didn’t sit well with me because if everybody’s outside smoking who’s working ? And I definitely don’t want somebody that just finished a cigarette and/or a blunt of weed to be cooking my breakfast for me that is UNACCEPTABLE and UNSANITARY. Also didn’t see any of them wash their hands but that’s besides the point. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my so simple sandwich to be made and NONE OF THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE FOLLOWED. I guess people just make your food however they feel like these days ? I asked for my sandwich to be evenly toasted, which it wasn’t just hot buttered bread, I asked for my egg to be fried hard ,as u can see they couldn’t do that with just a big egg white on some bread.and last but not least I was charged $15 and some change for a SANDWICH that I get almost EVERY DAY at other waffle houses and have never payed more than $12 and some change which is the amount I get charged for the same exact thing, EVERYDAY at different locations. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION, I was overcharged almost $16 for a POORLY made sandwich by workers who can’t follow SIMPLE AND EASY instructions.DO BETTER WAFLLE HOUSE. oh and P.S (I had to wait atleast 5 mins for a person who cared enough to ask me was my order taken as I was standing at the to go register but nobody cared enough to even ask/nor try to take my order like I was invisible or something TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. will never be returning here.I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU EAT HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, or atleast to a location that cares about their job and servicing you correctly.And one more thing you can see clear as day it is a HASHBROWN in my sandwich that I didn’t order hashbrowns with ? Read moreSo very glad I followed my gut feelings ! Explained 3X's, a quite simple request. Bacon, scramble egg & cheese sandwich on a toasted bun with butter. Yet, had to wait for the 🥓 to be cooked 🍳all over again. Just because the cook didn't use the flat tool which is provided so the meat cooks evenly 🙄 . She gave "uncooked" bacon for the part that curled up, which is all of the fat on every slice, completely white in color. They then slapped it back on the grill & waited till it's now completely burnt "crispy " as the call it & gave a fried egg instead, with no cheese !
No need to ingest my meal over that type of energy over it. I no doubt got a refund. Then some "nosy" customer sitting @ the counter gonna have the nerves to butt in & instruct how to order, so I had to shut her right down immediately ! Just because as you sit there waiting for your order, they're giving you a "free" drink/s, don't mean you have any right to open your mouth to another person patronizing the business, same as yourself !!!
Nonetheless, I went right up the street & was greeted the moment I stepped in, with a lovely smile saying , yes "Ma'am" how can I help you !
Although the staffers don't care, it quite apparent @ the Waffle House, once they're still getting pd, it worked out wonderfully for me. My order took 3 X's less time, with someone whom demonstrated great customer service 😚 & with the tip I was going to give Waffle house waitress, I sent literally 1/2 the cost. Instead of $12 for a simple breakfast sandwich, I then brought mines for $6, a $6 💶💰💵 savings...
Read moreWent into this location while having my car washed next door. CLEARLY ordered 2 kids waffles and bacon meals. One to eat while there and one to go so i could take to my daughter. When I received my plate I reiterated to my initial server that I also needed anotherKIDS MEAL to go because I noticed the cook only cooked one order of bacon and my server never have me my second drink. Not once was i told there would be a price difference because no child was present until another server came over and advised me. As I'm reviewing the menu looking for any language stating a child must be present the server walks off. I polity ask her to come back over and explain where this policy is written and she cuts me off mid-sentence very loud and unprofessional saying I can just call corporate she doesn't own the store ( I mean clearly looking and acting the way she was) they only repeat the policy. So i kindly left. To the Waffle House rep reading this, please know it was not the price difference of the meal but the rudeness and attitude of your server that moved me to leave and abandon my meal and possibly never return to this location.
