I used ur message thing to ur store because I am super busy and exhausted after the day is over was hoping that using this message thing would be the best of both worlds. I got someone to message back quickly which was very nice, the lady was named mistzi she started out to be very helpful but we werent on the same page when it came to what i was looking for. I sent ideas I got off the riddles website of what i was looking for and she shows me 2 rings that aren't close to the mother's ring I was looking for. She kept telling me to come in and see what they had. Well if u haven't sent me a pic of what i am looking for and tell me after I sent u what i was looking for u don't have it then why would I want to come in. I told her she had nothing i was looking for. And was going to figure something else out. She say sorry to hear that. But still come in and see what we have. After this I sat very upset that I wasn't going to be able to get this amazing gift for my daughter. After awhile I decided to see where riddles had other stores. I found one in Cheyenne wyo. Messaged the same way I messaged the scottsbluff store and got a Megan. It was a whole different ball game . Megan was right on to what i wanted she picked out the same ring that i was thinking about. She then helped me to have the ring sent to the scottsbluff store. Apon calling the scottsbluff store she found out that it was going to take forever to get the ring because scottsbluff has a part-time jeweler to work on the ring and it would be 2 months before I could get the ring and she knew how much I wanted it quickly. So Megan went above and beyond and found away to get it to me sooner. The only thing that the scottsbluff store did for me was sized my daughter's finger and it is where I paid for the ring. Otherwise they were no help. After I paid for the ring i called and talked to Megan set up what stones I wanted and size. The ring was then done on Friday the 7th and was sent to the scottsbluff store. I picked it up on Monday the ring is amazing! The jeweler and Megan did a wonderful job. I am very pleased. So the point is I give 5 stars to the Cheyenne store and i really don't know how to score the scottsbluff store since they really didn't do anything to help me out . However, the manager, Mike, has been nothing but a bully towards my business which is located next door to his store. On more than one occasion he has come to my place of business, while I had several members present to witness his tirade, to complain about the noise that was coming from my business. He has made demands that my business MOVE and even decided to call the police due to the “excessive noise.” My husband has purchased a couple of different items for me from this store, however we will not be doing business here any longer due to the aggressive behavior displayed by Mike on more than one occasion. Also, the members of my business who have witnessed his tyrannical, unprofessional bullying have vowed to never shop with him as well.    Read moreI recently took my inherited turquoise ring from my grandmother in to be soldered at my local Riddles in Scottsbluff, NE. Long story short, they used a laser on the ring which heated the turquoise, changing its color to a muddy green, and completely destroyed it. I was not warned of this possibility. They claimed they could not return it to its original form, the crack was still visible, no mention of a refund, and not even a sincere apology. Not to say this store does not a good staff, but Mike is so uncompassionate and I expect more from a manager and others do too. I refused to leave it there for them to fix but Aubrey Hoxworth from the Rushmore Mall Riddles in South Dakota and her team took it in right away, replaced the turquoise, and returned it to me safe and sound! Aubrey made the whole experience so easy for me and I'm so glad I have my ring back! Please just consider taking a quick trip elsewhere to buy and have your rings repaired.
