So these guys are definitely heading down hill. I have a pro rewards card and it has points accumulated on it, I was never informed that they expire, when I asked about it, they didn’t know they did either. They ask top dollar for games and consoles but only give back 5% on returns. Last mic I bout didn’t even work right. Any questions about gaming related content and tech, they always never know. This seems to be a common trend with most of the GameStop’s I’ve gone to. I can say that they have tremendously nice staff, unlike the surrounding ones who will treat you like you’re an inconvenience from the time you enter until the time you leave. I recently sold a few items and obviously their known for their lackluster offers but if over the long run there pro membership is quite beneficial. But the last visit, which will be my last, i was stooped by the distraction of talking and selling so many individual items that I didn't notice until a week or so later just reading over the receipt that he marked my ASTRO Gaming headset as random headset and gave me I believe $3 for my $70 hardly used headset. Needless to say I was UNHAPPY but the fault does not solely lay with him I should've been more careful in my transaction. Consider this lesson learned and I'll take my business elsewhere after almost 6 consistent years of business...

You tell me how much sense it makes to sell a controller for $59.99 which is exactly what Walmart sells it for. I tried to give them a Nintendo Wii and 2 PS4 games and they wouldn't budge 1 cent. They advertise giving you gift cards but they won't give you Amazon gift cards and another top card that you would want I can't remember which one it was I was done hearing all the great perks they offered. This is as nice as I could speak of this place it's awful and I have had nothing but awful experiences with them. There probably better in other places but dont visit SCOTTSBORO'S OFF HWY 72 RIGHT BY WAL-MART. Just go to wal-mart and keep your blood...
