Read moreLet me start of by saying that I have had issues in the past and said I would not return. However, I have eaten my words and given them more chances. The last couple of times that I visited prior to today ended up better. We decided to visit for supper (esrly Father's Day). My wife ordered a quesadilla with a side of sour cream, my kids ordered cheese nachos and grilled nachos with shrimp. I ordered grilled nachos with steak. They bring my wife's food out first without the side of sour cream. A few minutes later they bring my kids' nachos out. I'm waiting on mine. 10 minutes later I still dont have mine. I decided to cancel my part of the order. We ask to speak to the manager, Richard. Prior to him coming to our table, they bring my food out and I asked to them take it back because I didnt want it. Richard comes to the table and ask if he could help us. I asked what the problem was in the kitchen? He said they were working on mine. I explained it's been 10 minutes since the rest of my family has had their food and I told them to take it back. I also told him that I would not be back after tonight. His response was, "you said that last time too". I said yes, but I thought I would give yall another chance. He apparently didnt care. You dont tell a paying customer that. He avoided our table at all costs from this point on. My wife couldn't eat her quesadilla and it was sitting there complete on her plate. I had to mention to our server that she couldn't eat it after my wife had already asked that it be taken off the bill. She takes it to Richard, and instead of coming to the table to ask if there was a problem with that, he continues to avoid us and just takes it off the bill. That doesn't make the sorry lack of service right. Point of this is....when 3 of the 4 people at your table orders the same thing basically, there is NO REASON why one of those items should take 10 minutes longer to prepare and bring to the table than the other dishes. I will not be back to Buenavista Mexican Restaurant after this experience tonight and I would urge other patrons to seek their Mexican food fix elsewhere if this is how they are...
Read moreFirst I want to say God bless everyone!!,but I am going to be honest my first experience there was myself and my husband called in a to go order and the lady was very polite and repeated it all back exactly the way I ordered it ,(I was excited because it’s been awhile since we have had great Mexican food )!somy husband goes and picks it up and it was a good experience while he was there and he tipped the lady who took the money for the to go order eight dollars because they seemed so polite .he gets home after driving from Huntsville to there to pick it up and bring it home and we get it out and ready to get it are and i opened my meal that was sealed up and the order was all wrong and the receipt was exactly how we politely asked to have it and it was not that at all..25 dollars for two easy meals plus 8 dollar tip and it was ruined (the experience ),so we call them and Nicly told them about the order and the manager AL said sorry and to write his name down and come back and get the whole order remade because my husband was to tired to drive back so he said just order it whenever and I will get it for you right this time!!,so we did two days later and after being on hold ten minutes AL gets on the phone and is rude to my wife ,!!telling her that she will only get the one thing we order but wouldn’t remake the other even after he said he would because we used our gas and time to prefer from there and we didn’t get to eat tigger like we planned for our sat.night .!!!it was a eye opener for us because we see people everywhere just treat others with such dishonesty and disrespect and I know we will never spend another dollar of our at that food establishment..thank you and have...
