Visited the Ashley Scottsboro store today to look at tv consoles and accent tables. Upon entering a very enthusiastic Nathan met me and my mother at the door. He began to tell us about the Purple sale going on. I had been thinking I needed a firmer mattress so what did it hurt to look. I sat down on the edge of a firm purple mattress and thought to myself āThis doesnāt feel firm at allā. The store manager Sean had joined our little party and suggested I lay down. I coveted this mattress almost immediately. After laying for a couple of minutes the pains in my back had eased and I was close to drifting off, even as the conversation around me continued. I decided I needed this mattress in my life immediately. Nathan and Sean made the purchase easy and fun. Thumbs up, would recommend!
Update: Changing my five start to a 2. Good experience in store. That seems to be where it ends. I had to pay Extra āout of areaā delivery fee. Was told 2-4 weeks, but the norm was closer to the 2 week mark. It has been 6 weeks now and still no delivery. I called at the 4 week mark and they told me āYes, they have my order in! Due to being āOut of areaā the only day they could deliver was on Sunday, and it would be another 2 weeks at the earliest. I called the store back and they were going to see what they could do to get it delivered sooner. No calls back from anyone! Called again today (6 week mark) to be told. We donāt deliver on Sundays because we are closed. They would have to see when they would be available to send and have someone call me. I am not holding my breath. Additional Update: I called both the store and the delivery service multiple times. Finally, the Store manager called the delivery service to get me expedited after I asked about canceling the order. After waiting 6.5 weeks it was finally delivered. I am letting it air out now due to a chemically smell. Bumped my review up to 3 stars. The store deserves 5 stars, but since leaving the store, the rest of the process...

Upon delivery we realized that now that we have the full living set the end table itās too big for our living room . I called customer service and requested to exchange the bigger end table for a smaller one that also can be bought with the living set that we bought. I said that it didnāt matter to us that the end table that we had was more than the one I wanted to exchange for. I was told absolutely not that we only had 24 hours to return anything. I told them that I read online that it 30 days, the lady said thatās only for online purchases. She said that we signed the paperwork that said we only had 24 hours for any returns, forgive for not seeing that and how convenient that no one mention when you are signing for the purchase. I asked to speak to a manager and they indicated that she was on a break and for me to take a picture of my end table and they would review it and call me back. An hour after I text the picture they sent me a text saying that they would not accept my return, I didnāt want to return. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller End table. We spent almost 6k and we canāt exchange $300 end table which was delivered exactly 7 days ago however you have 30 days if you purchase it online. Buyers beware read carefully what you signed. They will make no exceptions. Please note that we have spent 20K in the last 4 years however it doesnāt matter.. This is a true story and I am really disappointed with...
