Updated August 2022: Not a good choice for nail salons in Scottsboro. I arrived at 4:15 on a Thursday and there were 3 people doing nails while I and one other person waited. It was after 5pm before I was finally directed to the pedicure chair and it was 6:30 before my pedicure was done. I told them to skip the manicure that was supposed to come after the pedicure because I didn't have time to wait. Very poor service. More alarming though was the owner or employee's young son (maybe 10) who was riding around the salon on a scooter. At one point he stopped at the sink where they direct you to wash your hands before nail polish and he used the nail brush to clean one of his toys. When everyone was in the pedicure stations, I watched him go to a manicure station, open a bottle of nail polish and paint one of his toys. This is the same polish being used on customers! This salon previously had individual packages of sealed, sterilized tools for pedicures. Now they re-use whatever is at hand. This place is now a safety hazard! Not recommended!

I've never found a nail salon I wanted to go back to a second time or more. But, I love it here because the people are personable and friendly. It's also reasonably priced. They do an amazing job! They take their time and do it right no matter how busy they are! I had a male both times and they have been the best nails I've ever gotten done! They do have women in there as well I just haven't experienced them doing my nails yet because I've only been there twice so far but, I will definitely be going back! You don't have some glob of acrylic with your nails so thick that you can't do anything. They look so natural that I actually had people asking me if they were my "real" nails! While I was sitting there the second time I came back, almost every person that came in was remembered, asked about details that were happening in their family's lives, (ex-is your husband feeling well now, one lady came in and was asked how her daughter's leg was doing) I'm not sure what happened but just that they remember and make you feel important speaks volumes! It is very quiet in there is the only downfall there's no background music going. They have movies on screen but no sound with them and that's really the only complaint that I have! Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back over...

As a first time customer, I was disappointed by my experience.

The staff were rude, dismissing, and "pushy".

I wished to view my options for manicure and pedicure - spa, basic, gel, acrylic, etc. One technician greeted me as I entered and assumed what services I required. I had to forcefully repeat I wanted to inquire about services and today only required a gel polish manicure.

Simple, eh?

I was ushered into the back to sit in a pedicure chair and was TOLD that I wanted a pedicure. Again, I repeated my request for gel manicure only (and after 15 minutes) was seated at a front chair. The technician who initiated contact complained about my request to the client he was servicing and to fellow coworkers.

Not only did I feel demoralized but, embarrassed for choosing this establishment to complete a simple manicure. 20 minutes later another technician finally came over to inquire about my gel color. Still, over 35 minutes after entering the salon and being seated - they have yet to begin.

The salon is not booked to capacity nor is there a wait.

I was simply ignored numerous times.

I will never enter this establishment again. Nor will I recommend to...
