Krystal — Restaurant in Scottsboro

Had to travel to Scottsboro for Home Depot. Decided to stop at Krystal for dinner since it was getting late. Entered the drive through at 6:27pm. Finally ordered at 6:48pm with absolutely no one appoligizing for the wait. We got our food at 7:10pm! What??? Is this not a fast food resturant? Decided to park and eat and then realized we didn't get all of our food and one drink was just carbonated water . Got out of the car and headed for the door. I was stopped by an employee. She stated the dining room was closed. Great! Now I get to wait more for food that I should have gotten in the first place while the rest of the food get a cold. Went back through and explained the situation and was told to explain it AGAIN to the person at the window.. No apology. Got to the window explained it again...got the food and drink...and..you guessed it...still no apology... Just a free small fry that I did not want! Why did I pay nearly $40 to eat here??????? Keep driving folks...there is better to be found down the road. Good luck.

Horrible. Not what I'd expect from Krystals, as I used to manage one!!! I waited, no. WE ALL waited over 10min a piece for our food. I ordered 2 chick biscuits. Only got one. Coffee, which looked like tea and had a bad bitter taste. Cashier opened window after 5 min of waiting to curse at the register, take someone's order, then finally get my card. I was alone and had multiple beverages, wasn't offered a cup holder. Cashier was more worried about the register. Manager comes over, types on register, never looks my way. I got one biscuit, which was dry. The piece of chicken was a dry chicken nugget. Cashier was steadily apologizing. I thought it was maybe cause I had gotten chicken biscuits, but I still saw the car that was behind me when I passed by 5 minutes later. If you aren't able to give decent food quickly in the am, then you should stick to doing lunch and dinner. Will...

My wife and I went here last night (2/2/2018). It will definitely be the last time as well. Upon going through the drive-thru we noticed that the restaurant wasn't busy at all so chose this place just to get a quick bite while out. After sitting in the drive-thru for quite a long time behind one other car I realized that maybe they were understaffed due to such a dead night. When we got to the window to pick up our order there were several employees inside the building. I also realized that usually it takes a while to cook the order for it to be fresh - this wasn't the case either once we got our food. Everything was cold and the order wrong. The fries were so salty we didn't eat them. Customer service is something that's not around in this day and age, last night's trip to the Scottsboro Krystal is...
