I haven’t even received my merchandise yet but I’m already impressed. I made an order and met the free shipping amount of $50. I received an email shortly thereafter that one of the items in my purchase order had sold out and I was being notified of a refund. The shipping on my remaining order remained free :) I went back on the site to order something to replace the item out of stock a day or so later and it was under the $50 threshold so I saw a shipping charge. I was not bothered by this because this happens all the time with other online purchases. The difference here is that the next day I received notice that the item had been added to my first purchase request and the shipping amount was refunded. I think that is FANTASTIC! I think that shows excellent customer service and attention to detail. Any other company would have charged me the shipping. Thank you so much for the refund. I can’t tell you how pleasantly surprised I am ❤️ I can’t wait to receive my purchase! I’ll be buying from this...

I love to shop here for my kids! They have such a huge selection of all of my favorite brands and they always answer my questions and help me choose gifts for friends etc.

My last trip was definitely the best. I went in and purchased a few items for Valentine’s Day. When I went home I noticed on the receipt they had accidentally charged me for an extra item, I figured I’d wait till Monday to call them and get it straightened out. This evening I checked my email and the store owner had contacted me to let me know of her mistake and to call her so we can get my card refunded. Such an honest and caring person to spend that time over $10, most people would just wait to see if I noticed. 10/10 for service! So thankful to have such an honest local business to support! Thank you Basically Bows...

I love this store! They have an amazing selection of clothing, plushies, little gifts and bows. It’s perfect for back to school/holiday outfits for my daughter, as well as birthday presents for her friends. The owner is a young woman who is almost always there, is always amazingly helpful, and really tries to be so accommodating (went in with my daughter and she tactfully hid Xmas gifts for her so she wouldn’t see them.) can’t say enough good things...
