My Experience:

TRULY PHENOMENAL! 5/5 - if I could give it a 10 I would.

I began my yoga practice during Covid. After things opened up again, I began trying out different studios in the valley and this one is the one I choose to now call my yoga home. My sanctuary. My space to "just be." I live kind of far away on the opposite side of town and there are closer studios but none have the vibe, tranquil openness, compassion and Leadership that this one does. So for me, it's a no brainer.

Not once have I experienced negativity at this studio. The teachers and staff are kind, compassionate, non-judgemental & welcoming to all and I have found that they each genuinely want the absolute best for the students that show up to their class. It's all about the people here. It’s all about being in the present. It’s all about settling in to your space, at your pace.

Each teacher shows up to lead and guide every soul that walks through their doors. In coming here now for several months I have found that they make a distinct effort to completely remove their ego and their personal junk before stepping in, to teach. If you're a "yogi" then you know that this makes all the difference in the class! On top of that, the space is beautiful and immaculately clean!

We are all traversing this school of life together and let me tell you - THEY GET IT HERE! I have personally experienced an immeasurable amount of healing, strengthening, sharpening, evolving and growing at a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level and I look forward to every time I attend a class.

I get to come in each time I practice and “just be” as I am… in that moment. I don't worry about anyone else in there but me. It's my time. It's my "church" if you will and I am grateful that this space allows me to do just that.

I leave each class with a new sense of gratitude for life, a lightness and renewed clarity for the remainder of my day/week.

I have recently decided to not just go to hot yoga once in a while, but have decided to make this a core point for better physical and mental health. Just Be Yoga is a fantastic place where you will find many like minded and friendly people. All types come here, beginners to experienced yogi's. Dayna and Brady are the core to business success. Beautiful hearts and minds attract the same such as , Michelle, Nicole, Lisa, Karli, CieAna are just a few of the dedicated instructors. I also highly recommend attending one of their workshops.....who knew what a difference a few changes in my moves would have to my practice! Another wonderful thing is while working on my own challenge of going everyday for at least a month, I see the same friendly and caring customers that are also raving fans of this wonderful place! I really look forward to seeing how people grow along with me in my journey. So, while we are all striving to live a life of significance, a personal choice to be selfish with one hour a day and take a class will help make that happen....thanks in part to our friends at JUST BE YOGA!

My partner and I decided to get back to doing hot yoga and was referred to Just Be Yoga. Parking was easy (park in the parking garage.)

The studio is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! The energy is wonderful, clean, beautiful merch section and the also their ladies room is big and have two shower stalls for those who need to shower after class.

Brooke, who was working at the front desk is beyond kind, lovely and absolutely represents the brand. She got us checked in and settled. She's awesome and so helpful.

Our instructor Brady, is the BEST! Connects with his students, engaged, awesome playlist and as a retired fitness instructor, he's probably one of the best instructors I've had. He is kind, his energy is beautiful and when an instructor connects with his students - it's the WORLD.
