I visited Coughing Canary two days ago and was blown away by both the massive product selection and outstanding customer service. Angelica, who's been with the shop for years, provided exactly the kind of knowledgeable, no-pressure experience you hope for but rarely find.

What impressed me most was her expertise - there wasn't a single product or question she couldn't handle with confidence. She took time to understand what I was looking for, explained different options without being pushy, and genuinely seemed to care that I found the right fit. Her friendly, personable approach made browsing comfortable and informative.

Not even Twenty days after purchase i find it smoking, ready to catch fire on the charger from an internal short the battery had and no longer works. I tried to use the warranty from Joyetech but was denied because Coughing Canary is not one of the places they distribute to and was told to return it to them, but when i tried to return it to them directly they told me there were no refunds and nothing they could do about it. That I'm screwed out of $100 because they steal their pens or get them from a third party, illegally, that even the manufacturers don't know. They are liars and thieves, only trying to take your money. Don't waste your time and money here, I'll only go to Blue Smoke from now on. My brother only shops there, had a problem with his battery not charging and they switched it out for him even after their 30 day warranty, as well as giving...

Extremely rude and uneducated employees work here! Just got off the phone with Angelica. She was talking with an attitude then accused my husband of being rude when she was the one being rude! Then she got nasty and hung up. We called to ask about a faulty product another employee sold us who didn’t know anything about vapes. We are new to vapes. She also didn’t know anything about this pulsar apx wax vape. She just kept repeating she’s not giving us a refund or exchange. We know this. We were calling for help with this vape. And since coughing canary is an authorized dealer of Pulsar, we called for advice. But instead she told us she thought we were trying to “fry them out” bc we bought our first vape and exchanged it and were sold the wrong type of vape again so we were trying to exchange this one too.
