Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Scottsdale

This Dutch Brothers today for the first time gave poor customer service. MY COMMENTS WERE MEAN’T as Feedback only to Site manager and window staff. DRIVE UP 2 LANES had very few cars when I drove up. Was easy to see what my place was in line even though I was in the adjacent lane. I saw staff taking the Other in the other Lane. Could easily identify the car in that lane was here before me so I thought to myself, all by myself without being told WAS I’ll wait for that car to turn in line BEFORE ME. I could have easily turned in front of that car and driven ahead at this point. When staff came to my lane and took my order they then instructed me to wait for the Silver car to go first. This needing to instruct me comes across as; I’m instructing you to wait INCASE YOU TRY TO GO AHEAD OF THE OTHER CAR, AS IF YOU CANNOT SHOW GOOD MANNERS AND WAIT FOR THE OTHER CAR. This ruins the whole experience of DUTCH BROTHERS. As I’ve always experienced them as friendly and a place where customers don’t mind waiting when have long lines. This was a short line. Yes I’ve on occasion experienced the next car in other lane pull ahead of me and being rude. But it’s not often. DONT TREAT ME LIKE THOSE TYPES OF CUSTOMERS AS IF WE CANNOT SHOW GOOD MANNERS AND SO WE ALL HAVE TO BE INSTRUCTED TO WAIT. Rude. ALL I GOT FROM THE MANAGEMENT FROM THE WINDOW ABOUT THIS WAS STORE POLICIES AND GAS LIGHTING STATING WE ALWAYS INSTRUCT THE CUSTOMERS WHAT ORDER TO DRIVE IN LINE. I STATED IVE COME HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND NEVER BEEN INSTRUCTED WHAT ORDER TO DRIVE IN LINE. The managers response was A COMPLETE BLOW OFF WHILE SMILING EVEN WHEN I SAID’ THEN ILL STOP COMING TO THIS LOCATION IF CONTINUES OR BE SURE AND VOICE MY COMMENTS TO SERVER IN HOPES OF BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY. This manager continued to smile which that indicate ok, Maybe you won’t come back. ALL insulting. My voice was calm to start. I only wished to be heard and drive off. Felt completely blown off. I've come to this location for 2 years. NO SERVER HAS EVER FELT THE NEED TO INSTRUCT ME WHAT ORDER IN LINE I SHOULD DRIVE. Takes the whole joy out of the experience. FOR WHAT IT WORTH SCOTTSDALE DUTCH BROTHERS. Disappointing Ps. I’m sure the server was instructed to do this and only trying to follow through with managements...

First--EMPLOYEES ARE THE BEST! At Location...Scottsdale Rd/ McDowell. ... I pulled up to the drive-thru it was on June 26th, at closing time, which I was not aware of. I was literally the last customer, ( I hate keeping employees late). The guy at the window, had just transferred from a different store, I think he told me it was by ASU. It was his 1rst night working at this location. I think his name was either Michael or Christopher?? (The Owners, or Boss' of this locale, should know, because it was his first night) But This guy was absolutely awesome! He was in not hurry, even though, it was closing time. He answered all of my questions, then came up with a drink that wasn't even on the menu for me. This young man was nothing but smiles at closing time, & the guy knows everything about their coffee, and he will help you decide, & explains everything, you wanna know! I was unintentionally that last customer, most employees wanna kill. I couldn't have been treated any better if they tried. All employees were nice, & made my special order perfect! Thank you Dutch Bros. employess at Papago Plaza. (Manager..PLEASE give all of your employees credit. For being caring employess.) ................... CUSTOMERS ..................... My Drink ... 2 large BLENDED MOCHA (into a slush) DECAF, extra ad shots of decaf espresso.

The chocolate is the best! it's not sickening sweet. I would describe the difference, as in making homemade hot chocolate with plain cocoa powder, & the Instant chocolate mix. It's sweet enough, but not to where it sickens you. Try the Papago Plaza location out, they really are the best, Coffee,...

If you're in the mood for a delicious cup of coffee, look no further than Dutch Bros! I recently visited one of their locations and was blown away by the fast service and friendly staff.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different drinks on the menu, making excellent recommendations for me and my friends based on our preferences. But what really impressed me was the speed of service. Despite the busy morning rush, my order was taken quickly and my drink was prepared and handed to me in no time. I was in and out of the shop in just a few minutes, which is no small feat when you consider how many customers they were serving.

As for the coffee itself, it was absolutely delicious! I opted for their new drink, the DutchLove but with 2 shots of expresso added at the bottom, because I felt adventurous, and was not disappointed. The flavor was rich and bold, without being too bitter or overpowering.

All in all, my experience at Dutch Bros was fantastic. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a quick, friendly, and delicious caffeine fix. With fast service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch drinks, Dutch Bros is definitely a cut...
