If you're going to run a business, have someone that knows how to talk to customers on the phone. They lost business because they did not communicate effectively and hung up when they couldn't understand. Sounded like they had openings and it was just me coming. I had an amazing massage with Michelle today. I walked in barely able to move because of back pain, and by the time I left, I felt so much better. She did a great job with the massage, added stretching, and gave me helpful advice for dealing with the pain. My wife even noticed how much better I was moving after and wants me to go back.
