This is going to be a long review but I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I randomly made a last minute appointment which they were nice enough to fit me in. Distinctions Salon had 5 stars and that’s rare you see that with a hair salon. I decided to give them a try and I am so elated that I did. I was nervous as I hadn’t had my hair done in a while. Ciara was my stylist and she worked hand in hand with Mia. I have never seen two stylist work so well together and talk about the best options for the client together. The comradery was great. The blonde highlights and the cut look SO good! Ciara even did face framing which I had never had or heard of and wow it made a big difference. My layers and cut look amazing. I am so impressed. I had been with a stylist for 12 years before finding this salon. Being new to the area it took me a while as I was nervous to experiment. I hate to say this but this salon in literally one visit did better than my previous stylist who was amazing and very experienced. I cannot say enough how very very happy I am to have found Distinctions Salon. My hair looks amazing. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and I have my confidence back. Both Ciara and Mia are very accommodating. They don’t view you as “difficult” for saying what you want. They both are very honest and open. I didn’t have to even guide them or anything. I said what I wanted and showed a couple realistic pictures and boom they did it. Ciara was so nice and hospitable. Very sweet. I can’t believe I found such an amazing salon on my first visit. They are both also good with working with ALL ethnicities. Thanks to Mia’s son who answers the phone for getting me in last minute. He was a nice boy too. No wonder this place has 5 stars. Distinction Salon is one of the best salons I've ever been to! Mia was wonderful she handled my hair with such care and did the most incredible job with the Balayage and Ombre hair coloring. It came out so wonderful! I love it and so does my boyfriend!!! Thank you so much Mia you are wonderful and I will always come back anytime to distinction salon!!! I ❤ IT❣ 😁😊🤗

(Update to my 5🌟's Review) Okay I never do this ever with anot Review I post But YES I THINK MIA & THE DISTINCTIONS SALON FAMILY should Get the BEST REVIEW & RATING EVER POSSIBLE FROM ME & OMG IT'S A 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟'S & I've said this earlier Rarely do I go back and add to any review I've reviewed but the 6th 🌟 is for the the reason of this my bf has been going to the same hairstylist for over 25+ years & Recently had a sadden change up with the stylist moving on to better things but it is hard for me to even convince him to go see another stylist for anyone who I go to but after my appointment with Mia and the amazing awesomeness that she did on my hair and this is coming from my boyfriend's point of view he is actually going to set an appointment to have his hair done at distinction salon with Mia from this point on and he said he would pay the extra $5 plus compared to where he was getting his haircut just to have a hair stylist that he can enjoy close to home and that knows what they're doing when it comes to hair especially his hair.! Everyone must go to Distinctions Salon and you will not be disappointed. This was our first time and I was so thankful that Distinctions Salon was able to schedule an appointment for me and my husband. We called on Friday and they were completely booked through the weekend but offered Monday (today) and I was relieved😅. We’re moving to Miami and we fly out Tuesday morning so Mia was a life saver for us. We’ve been so busy eliminating & selling our furniture & belongings these past few months. We really didn’t make time to groom ourselves up and wow we needed it. I needed a touch up on my roots to cover gray and my husband needed a good hair trim. Mia was very professional and treated us with care. I have to say her Salon was incredibly clean and sanitized! Everything in its place and following Covid-19 regulations 1000%. Very safe and wearing masks. Mia brought my hair back to life with some color and styled with blow dryer, looks amazing 🤩 My husband’s hair looks awesome, clean cut and very sharp, he was happy💪🏼 When we’re back in AZ, we will definitely come to Distinctions salon for more services!
