Had a phenomenal customer service experience here with multiple employees from my initial phone call(to see if they could make my drink if I got there like a minute before they closed) that was answered by Jeff who was extremely polite and courteous,then when I got to the drive thru window I was greeted by Karen and Braven who both had smiling faces and welcoming personalities…they took the time to listen to me explain how the one and only one drink I get from Starbucks is made completely different every time I get it at different locations.. not only that they went above and beyond to come up with a suggested method on how to order my drink .. by the way it’s the “Frozen tropical citrus with strawberry puree energy drink)… these two with their welcoming, accommodating and cheerful personalities not to mention their patience coupled with their willingness(no hesitation and complexity unexpected by me) to brainstorm and problem solve was by far one of THE BEST customer service experiences I’ve had with any company hands down… I will be a repeat customer at this location for sure now.. thanks again to all three of you I truly...

Having said that my mother is hispanic and she sometimes wants coffee but im not there to order it for her sometimes so she goes alone. Every coffee place that weve been to has always allowed my mom to show them her phone( because the orders on the phone) thats the only way my mom can communicate when she goes alone. This one time in particular she went alone and wanted a venti pumpkin cream chai which is what I had wrote down on her phone to show the barista. She told me the lady was rather rude then understanding. She said “next time order at the screen thats why we have it” my mom responded in spanish and said” you guys dont have spanish speaking people so you wouldn’t understand me im sorry” in which the girl said “again youre supposed to order up on the screen” this made me really upset like yeah i get that its inconvenient but my mom is a costumer who shouldn’t be treated like that. Read moreWorst service at a Starbucks i’ve ever received. I go to this Starbucks nearly every day, and have never experienced such rude service in my life. A blonde woman with tattoos taking drive thru orders at 10:40 this morning was absolutely rude our entire interaction. when my bf was ordering for me He asked a simple question about pumpkin cold foam (he’s not experienced ordering there) she snapped at him saying it’s only seasonal as if to say “duh..” so we got the vanilla no problem. we finished ordering and she said “kay, pull to the front” with a tone as if she was rushing us. (keep in mind, there was only 3 other ppl in line). we got to the window, she put her hand out waiting for payment, saying no words, we used apple pay, she gave us our food, turned around, kept the sliding window open and kept her back towards us til our drinks were ready and shut the door. most people go to get coffee to start their morning off right and today just wasn’t...
