There is elevator access inside the terminal; however, there is no public access to the observation deck once you’ve exited the elevator on the second floor. Public wheelchair access to the observation deck from inside the terminal does not exist. I observed a self propelled wheelchair bound person on the second floor with no access to the observation deck.
