Brought my extended family here last night, party of 15+. Sat outside by the fire heaters. Asked the staff repeated if they could turn on the heaters by our tables. One was broken and we changed tables. They couldn't get the one at the new table lit and just shrugged and left. As other people left the staff turned off their heaters and so we asked if they could simply roll one over to us. One staff member said it was too heavy. The manager said "they don't do that because they break," and was content to offer excuses but no solutions. After finally getting frustrated I called out the manager and said, look, you really haven't offer any solutions here all night long, only excuses. You could have at least offered to move us to another table by one of the heaters that worked. He blamed us for "choosing to sit outside when first arriving." After asking all night to multiple staff members and trying repeatedly to convince the manager that he should at least make an attempt to solve the problem instead of only giving us excuses and deflecting blame to us, he finally offered to do just what I suggested and move us to another table, but we just finished up and left. Waitresses were absent most of the night. We had to go inside on multiple occasions to get their attention for basic things. It was probably too cold for them to bother to come see us. Unfortunately poor family experience. I chose this place because I wanted them to like Pita Jungle, as I usually do, but the entire evening staff needs training on...
Read moreWorst customer service I have ever encountered. We ordered the family meal to go and half of it was missing and the order they did give us was wrong. I called and said my husband is coming back up because half of our order is wrong. I then asked if they would please take a percentage off because the whole order was wrong and half was missing and my husband drove 15 minutes each way to get the corrected order. The manager Colleen said that unfortunately if we were picking up the food she was unable to compensate anything, and only if we didnât pick up the missing order could she give us a free entry or compensate in any way. I have honestly never heard of such a thing. Most restaurants when they make a mistake go above and beyond to fix it. When I said I didnât feel that was right and that it was really bad customer service she responded, âI hope you have a great nightâ and then hung up on me. I called back to make sure the rest of the food would be ready since my husband was already on the way and the lady who I talked to was much more pleasant and apologetic then the manager. We eat at pita jungle often but I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will not be returning to this location. It might be a good idea to teach your managers some customer...
Read moreWent to this Pita location yesterday (Saturday afternoon), for lunch to get the "Chicken Pasta Salad" (lettuce NOT green, but rather more anemic looking and my jaw dropped. Now let me start with Selina, our waitress was nice and the food was alright, but the grilled chicken portion was a joke!! A few small pieces of chicken that looked like someone dropped 4 small french fries on my plate at best..We've eaten at various locations around the valley and the portion size/quality is pretty good, but this location ....đđ¤ I see the comments on here about little portion sizes, or portions half the size of other locations & completely agree. I thought it was more of a pasta salad than anything - c'mon chefs!! My wife ordered the salmon dish and the mashed potatoes looked like they were instant potatoes.. Needless to say, not horrible, but definitely WON'T be going back. Hey management, here's a tip, don't simply respond to negative comments with, we're sorry for your experience, but rather IMPROVE the quality/quantity of your commercial & national chain/brand.
Portions definitely NOT worth...
