I Bought 3Bedroom Sets From them &3Matresses... the 1st One Everything Was Fine... the 2nd Bedroom Set Came...& There was ALL little Holes ALL OVER The Furniture Everywhere!!!! If I Showed the Pictures.. U Wouldn't Wanna Buy Anything From Raymour&Flanigan... It Looked Very Damaged!!!!! So They Told Me It's A Natural Look!!!! Lol... They R Terrible!!!!! Yeah... Naturally "Damaged"!!!! I told Them It Doesn't have it in the floor model!!!! Long Story Short... Theyll Say Anything So They don't Have 2Give U Your Money Back!!! THEIR QUICK 2TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! BUT THEY GIVE U HELL 2GIVE IT BACK!!!! They Won't Give U Your Money Back!!!!! Who Wants 2Do Business With A Place Like That!!!????? &Now 4The 3rd Bedroom Set I Purchased... Let Me Start By Saying The Dresser Set On the Floor At their Business Was Beautiful!!!! It Had A Dark Woof with A Lighter Wood&Gold Trimming Around So It Was 3Colors In It... It Was So Pretty... When It Came Time 4Delivery... The Whole Dresser Was One Color... Totally Different Than What They Displayed From the Floor Model!!! &What They Tell U.. Is.. Once They Deliver It U Can't Return It &U Can't Get Your Money Back!!! Even If Its Their Fault!!!! That Sounds Like Straight CROOKS!!!!! Oh...&Theres More!!!... the Matress I Purchased Kills My Back... I Paid Almost $2000 4It... &I Couldn't Return It... My wife and I are extremely happy with our new sectional/ottoman set and sales experience. John R. (Big Red) is one of the most helpful and professional sales people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

The sectional we wanted was cheaper at another store, but we would have had to wait a month for it. John matched the price for us and assured us that we would have it the next day.

Not only did he deliver on his promise, but he returned my call in less than 10 minutes and did not pressure us at all. I was not going to take the platinum protection plan (I generally dont believe in these things). But since its such a light colored fabric, this made me a bit nervous. John took his time to carefully explain every detail of the plan, which gave me the confidence i needed to purchase it.

The ottoman was out of stock, so we had to wait just a little bit longer for it than the sectional. When the date of availability got pushed back, we were frustrated because we paid in full for the entire package (no financing involved) and didnt want to wait too long. Once again, John came to the rescue.

He worked with his manager to make sure we had it in a few days instead of having to wait for the "back in stock" date that R&F had posted on their website. Once again, John not only worked hard to take care of the issue but he called me back in 10 minutes with the resolution.

I went to Raymour & Flanigan 1 day after having hernia surgery the salesperson was somewhat helpful but I must say very mindful take time and make sure your 100% satisfied before paying for anything and before accepting delivery because I'm dealing with the same issue at the moment I wanted to swap out the sofa I purchased because I seen another set in the outlet for a lot money and more features and they basically told once you accept delivery your on your own I contacted my bank there putting in a dispute I also contacted the head office now I'm told there's gonna be 20% restocking fee plus $149.00 delivery fee that's outrageous they would never get any business from me again as long as I live and I put that on everything I love and the 20% comes to $606.88 + $149.00 then want you to spend amount of money the item cost or more mind the product was not damaged still has the tags on it and everything the store not losing anything there gonna resell the item for regular price the salesperson didn't mention to me about returns or anything those are things customers should be made aware of while doing there shopping and the outlet they're was a very similar leather set with the recliner for a lot less money with more features if I would've seen this while shopping I definitely would've bought this the outlet set USB connections and outlets and power recliner all for only $1,140 instead I ended up with delivery and sales tax almost $3,500 what a poor decision...
