The girls floating around the store were very sweet and quick to assist me. One of the girls that helped me was printing letters onto my sweatpants when a male worker came to the register. He grabbed my printed tank top and said “this good,” before I even got to say yeah or take a good look at it so I could make sure the letters weren’t crooked, he put it a bag. He rings us up and our total prompts up on the screen, without telling us the total or anything of the sort he says, “together or separate”. I have never had somebody ask me “together or separate” when buying a matching two piece sweatsuit, but hey sure I guess maybe he really didn’t know. I say together as my boyfriend’s hands him the money to pay. Our total was $60 even and so my boyfriend handed him a $100 dollar bill. As we’re grabbing the bag off the counter, he slams our $40 change on the counter and says “alright”. No, “60 dollars is ur total, 40 dollars is ur change, thank you for choosing us, have a nice day, even a plain thank you”. He slammed our change on the counter and didn’t have any type of social skills, manners, simple costumer service skills, or even just a smile. I was very excited to purchase my clothes from here up until our last interaction with the cashier left us really uneasy. On top of that as we were walking out, I told the owner (or what seemed like a manager) to have a good night and thank you. He completely ignored us, almost as though were no longer his priority or even just patrons a his store. I will not be returning to this store for the simple fact that the male workers are very rude. This is the cashier that slammed our change on the counter,...
Read moreI can’t even believe how badly you get treated in this store. This was the first shop I went in on my seaside vacation and the owner was completely rude and obnoxious. You can’t shop without him hawking you the entire time as he eavesdrops on your conversations. When I asked him why he kept trying to direct my shopping to the front he told me because it’s “his f’ing store” with an attitude. He crosses out the actual value of his items and charges double for each one. After leaving the shop he then deemed my friend and I as thieves and told a nearby store so we couldn’t enter. STAY AWAY! I...
Read moreI’m not sure if the guy there had a bad day, but was looking around to find my name and my cousin’s name on the surf boards spinning rack, and he told us not to spin it because “it’s not a toy.” We left immediately after. I don’t know if you can tell from our tattoos because we’re very much adults and we were very much looking forward to buy something in the store. However, we felt as if we were not welcomed. Lastly, if we can’t spin the rack, why would you put it on a spinning rack in the...
