Seaside Beach House — Hotel in Seaside Heights

If you want to be scammed feel free to book a stay at this “motel”. We booked through air bnb, showed up to a completely disgusting room, a dollar tree table cloth as a shower curtain, a curtain in the room stained with blood and dirt and dirty dishes from the guests before us. We asked for a refund from the first night and Joanne agreed and gave us a upgrade to a room, only to find out that we didn’t get the refund and everytime we tried to contact her about that refund she came up with some excuse. Her excuse for not knowing she had disgusting rooms was that she broke her ankles and couldn’t access her rooms. That’s a rediculous excuse!! Also the second room we got still had clothes under the bed from previous guests and old bathroom products in the bathroom. This place was absolutely disgusting and not worth 200 dollars a night. This property would be 100x better if it was up kept in the correct way because it really is in prime location at the shore. This place is a scam because they obviously care more about taking your money than investing it back into the property to ensure a nice stay for future guests. Do...

Excellent Excellent Excellent place to stay and relax with families while on vacation. The rooms are great and the staff are very accommodating. The beach house was clean and I even brought along my dog as the staff are pet friendly. The backyard of the house was beautiful and they even had a grill outside and table and chairs to sit and eat also you can take a shower outside by the backyard which was a plus for me since i have a big family Joanne was very nice and quick to respond from the beginning this is when I booked my beach house until the end that's if I had any questions and or problems. My family enjoyed there time at the beach house and we will definitely be back again for our next vacation next year. Thank you Joanne and please thank your husband Steve and thank Jamie she was great and very nice and very accommodating thank you thank you for all that you have done and we definitely be back to do this again. I just got back from Seaside Beach House. It is literally that- a house, that was converted to accommodate guests. I only needed a place to crash with my boyfriend for the night. Every other place wanted $150 and up for a room. I stayed here for $75 plus tax. The room had a full size bed, dresser, small TV, small fridge and an air conditioner. You shared a bathroom and a shower room and also a common living room area, a common kitchen area to cook in and an outside deck with a grill with about 3 other rooms. The room was clean enough, no awards but I didn't feel icked out either. It was like a hostel more than a "motel". There are other rooms with a private bath. ||I probably wouldn't want to spend my "vacation" there, but since it takes me 2 hours to get there, I like to make a short trip out of the beach. It's right in the middle of Seaside Park nightlife (not that happening) and the boardwalk area. Not my favorite things, but right down the road is Island Beach State Park, the gem of the Jersey Shore. Just make sure there are no flies on the beach (west wind) if...
