Coin Castle — Attraction in Seaside Heights

Huge fan! They are amazing with children's birthday parties during off season !( Our son has his birthday party here every year and everyone loves it) The kids get game cards to play unlimited arcade games and ski ball with $15 for the other games not covered. Professional, clean and friendly staff! They decorated for me, serve good pizza, soda and goodie bags! The price is more then fair in my opinion and everyone always has a great time!( Check out their website for details) What makes them different in a way that I love is the coin castle card. ( I lose all the slips with points from arcades then I lose my points )You can easily put money on it at there machine and the points you win are on the card. If you register your info with them, and say you lose your card, they can pull your name up and your points will still be there ! So many fun games and a spacious layout with so many great prizes ! And they are open...

We got this deal on Groupon which made it not as difficult to be disappointed with their prize selection, however, it was still terrible. The staff members who worked there, teenagers guided by an older gentleman, did not know what apparel sizes they had in stock. The one good sweater we wanted, was unavailable. The prizes majority all game from the dollar store. The clasps on those machines for prizes were faulty and games were limited as well. We tried our best to pick a good prize but it was unrealistic. Good for some quick fun but...

I am quite dissatisfied with the customer service at Coin Castle today. My family and I frequently visit coin castle. Today my husband was playing a lulu lemon claw machine and he clearly grabbed it as the tape around package stuck to claw but when it went in win area it would not fall instead fell back in the claw machine after it went back again. We asked them to watch their cameras and they refused. They only offered three free plays which is bull crap. It was on the claw over the win area but would not fall off as it...
