I went and bought 4 shirts that came up to under $40. I asked to make me a hoodie sweater and T-shirt with a ONE color logo and charged me $150. I got a sticker shock! I almost walked away IN DISGUST! I didn’t ask the cost because I thought it would be reasonable. Had he told me the price BEFORE he started printing, I certainly would have said No. So, I give it a 2 Star, one because he was friendly and 2 bc because I share the blame for not asking. Lesson learned; ALWAYS ASK THE PRICE BEFORE THEY DO A CUSTOM JOB OR THEY WILL PRICE-GOUGE TF OUT OF YOU or better yet, DON’T EVEN SHOP THERE!

I told them my displeasure with the price and he literally just shrugged his shoulders at me. So, fair enough, but will NEVER AGAIN catch me spending my hard earned...

I’m really disappointed with my experience. The price on the sticker did not match the price at checkout, and when I brought it up, the staff started fast-talking and trying to brush past it. It felt dishonest and rushed. If the prices don’t match, that should be clearly explained upfront — not discovered at the register. Definitely makes you question what else isn’t transparent. Won’t be coming back..if I could give 0...

Just went and ordered a monkey thing for my brother at $20 and a black sweatshirt for $10 and they told me to tap my card, payment goes through, and they say to do it again for a bit longer, I got double charged, went to ask about it and got a shrug back in response, DONT GO HERE, my $30 back...
