I definitely love how packed this place can be and still have reasonable lines! I took away a star for the customer/bathroom ratio, ridiculous. Then they were very frugal with a bungalow bathroom that even my younger kids had to squeeze ๐. Otherwise, just beware of the usual people haggling you to pay $120 for a $30 bear ๐. They got something out of us as of course kids don't know when they're being cheated ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ and ours wanted to play (only reason it was worth it).
Rides
There's more than enough rides to keep the family entertained! We were there from 6-12am. They have a little something for everyone. Most will need a parent to ride (that was us ๐ญ) our child was definitely NOT happy about having to wait and switch between us parents to get on rides (working on that patience ๐ฎโ๐จ). If you see kids upset/falling out, mind your business ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ.
Food
Your usual junk food for double the price. You know how it goes! The crab cakes by the bar were definitely worth it though. My husband had some kind of burrito ๐ฏ/wrap he seemed to enjoy! Funnel cakes weren't outrageously priced, only issue is they sunk in the middle and waaayyy to heavy with the powdered sugar.
Navigating
Definitely use your stroller/wagon if bringing kids (you will need this). Our wagon held kids, prizes and whatever else went in ๐.
Atmosphere
Once you get away from the hustle and bustle games and people screaming for you to come waste your money, people are actually pretty chill out here. People actually waved as we entered the neighborhood (actual residents, shocker!). A couple fun operators making rides even more fun! There was definitely a police presence but they were just casually walking around, greeting, etc. I can appreciate a laid back ๐ฎโโ๏ธ until they have to jump in action.
Parking
May the forces be with you ๐ . $2 an hour isn't bad at all and we definitely took it over the $25 people.
It says they close at 11, but they didn't shut the park down until 12am...

When we as people who love to go to Seaside yearly buy tickets on promo sales twice a year we were told when we buy tickets that they never expire however that is very untrue when you try to use something that is no longer quote on quote "Honored in Casino Pier Arcade" there is no carousel there for your Carousel tickets your Carousel coupons and your Carousel Ride cards are worth nothing not even points for the arcade if you have any coupon doublers they're worth nothing also other than 20% or 25% off of a new purchase of a serf card why would I purchase a new card when I have things I've purchased I can't even use. I am aware Times Change I was told told they stop using doublers ,over two years this is false as I did have points double last year & it shouldn't matter!? It's not a good thing to do to a child and tell them that they can't have double points nor is it a good business practice it doesn't hurt your business to do the right thing.especially where children are concerned Children are the main part of your business very poor management & please don't tell me to email to discuss as I already have done that to no avail and I told you I was changing my review and I have
That is why I have to honestly say other arcades have done away with entities like Coin Castle does not have their candy wheel anymore, but if you go to coin castle with a candy coupon you get 15,000 points for that coupon usable in the arcade Perfect solution the kids are HAPPY!!
However if you have a coupons or ride cards or ride tickets for specific rides that are no longer being operated by Casino Pier that's all you have is a piece of paper or plastic it is printed on they do not stand behind what they sell.
I guess they have just forgotten it's supposed to be all...
ย ย ย Read moreSUPER FUN! Went on Juneteenth, Food is expensive but what do you expect. One water bottle is allowed in. They do allow you to exit and reenter the park as well in the same day. Locker rental is $20 (small) for the whole day. Lots of things to do and places to play. I spent the whole day there and didn't get to do everything just because of how much there was to do. There was barely/if any wait times for entry to the waterpark and for any slides. All the staff I spoke to were nice and understanding.
Design wise the place looked pretty cool. Loved the big ship and wall design with the wave pool. It was easy to get around if able. Those in wheelchairs will have a harder time. It is (on paper) wheelchair accessible but there are stairs/steps for certain areas that limit access to the full amenities. From what I saw there were only 2 single stall accessible bathrooms. Lots of chairs available to sit in.
There were a couple of things that could be improved such as more shade in general but especially on the walk areas definitely burned up my feet. The lazy river had an issue that became more apparent towards the end of the day where all the empty tubes would just bunch up in one area causing it to turn from a lazy river into a stubborn traffic jam. Best fix for the Lazy river could be by having the tubes available to grab outside of it vs having to wait for someone/an empty one to come around. That'd fix both the waiting and the jam issues. There were signs requesting those to shower off however before swimming however I was never able to locate the showers. There are also changing rooms but they are hard to find, unlabeled, and dimly lit. There doesn't seem to be a parking lot specific for the park although parking is abundant in the town so not too...
