Everyone is always rude as hell no matter who the hell delivers it. They always got a stink look on their face. No smile. their card reader down is almost down every time I order and I order multiple times a month. I tip WELL each delivery and they barely say thank you and leave..whatever. to top it off I live in a very nice private neighborhood that does require you to have identification to get these people in. I stood on my porch for 2 1/2 minutes waiting even texted the ābud driverā PLEASE TEXT DONT LEAVE. I have three kids. A big house. It takes a minute to walk to the door. They texted at 12:03. I was out on the porch at 12:06š¤š¤š¤What they do??? they took my items and left. They did absolutely nothing to make it right. Just said āope we will try again laterā when i called. They didnāt ring my doorbell. They didnāt even knock on my door and not to mention. I did not get a gate alert either!!! I went out of my way to say please text me if I donāt hear you. Im a PRINCIPLE PERSON. TREAT ME LIKE A HUMAN. the guy on the phone was like āwell i just got here soo..ā. K so give me the manager. āWell he delivered it soooo.ā Like who the heck are these folks?? I don't know what my cashier's issues were this evening, but it was a perfect example of an angry juvenile male frustrated and hating his life, looking for a confrontation with a stranger. I feel sorry for the managers of this shop. I know it's hard to find competent help. But any clerk challenging a customer and telling him to leave the store should have his employment reconsidered. The clerk was also kind enough to tell me that the video recording surveillance also includes audio, so the managers could go back and look at it and listen to it. I say this for the record because surveillance recording people's audio without their consent is questionable, and usually illegal. We can all thank this cashier for making that public.
