Just concluded what was supposed to be a simple business transaction.
Situation: I wanted to purchase a small Halloween plate $7.99. No biggie. Oh wait, 50% off Halloween stuff? Score.
Challenge: price didn't ring up at 50% off. No biggie. Manager assist comes in.
Update: Manager: not 50% off. Me: Ok, but the sign? Manager: (irritated by my inquiry and visibly upset takes a less than professional tone with me)

Solution:
While I was fine paying a couple $$ more for a cheap plate. However, now I wad feeling irate. I left and decided I do not want to engage. Lame experience overall
Opinion: does it really matter? I just hope this person was simply having a bad day, We all do, right?

Read moreI don't know the best way to describe this store. Furniture is higher quality than Ikea or Target. It is hand crafted from textiles rather than mdf. Not top quality but definitely above average.
Flatware, serving and glassware are above average. Great options for mid-high class appearance at a reasonable price.
Food, good source for select hard-to-find world foods excepting Asian and East. In the area, you have access to Asian and Eastern markets that better serve those needs.
