Saritas Mexican Grill Restaurants — Restaurant in Seaside

This is our first time at this location. My son ordered the "BIG BIG Burrito w/carni asada" (based on a review) & I ordered large nachos w/carnitas bcuz I wanted something crunchy. Well, my son really enjoyed his larger than life burrito 🌯 WOW & ended up finishing it in one sitting. I however was not impressed w/ the visual appearance of my nachos. When I opened the container (we ordered take out) they looked burnt. Really brown edges on chips, squashed down, there were 2 small spats of sour cream & one of guacamole, the cheese was melted drk brown on edges & a little yellow in center. Now I'm ok w/a little discoloration but this was a bit much & I haven't even mentioned the crunchy meat. Yeah the meat was dry so dry it crunched when I bit into a piece. There wasn't much on/in the nachos for you either got tiny crunchy pieces or you got 2 huge pieces that you needed to pull apart bcuz it was too dry to eat as one. I ended up doctoring it up by adding more 🧀 a whole 🥑, there salsa & 2 more spats of my sour cream. It took time to eat & then once I got towards the bottom I noticed there were beans - which actually tasted pretty good 👍. I just wished the nachos would've been more layered w/ the toppings instead of all smashed on top & burnt. Not my favorite & not sure I'll make the same...

I have found my new favorite Mexican restaurant, i will definitely be coming back here again and again. I was browsing Doordash for what to get for my Birthday breakfast, and Saritas came up on top. I had been wanting Mexican breakfast so i browsed the menu...I came across Nopales con Huevos and as I had never had it before I ordered it and it was delicious. I told my wife she had to try the Horchata and she said she was never brave enough to try it before and thought it was absolutely delicious and I have to agree, upon trying the rice and beans and salsa she had a look of astonishment on her face, she said they must have a little old grandma slaving away in the kitchen as everything tasted that good & homemade...she hadn't had Mexican food that good in a long time. And she is hard to impress.

Came in today after a awful experience at Las Maria'z up the street..az soon az I walked in a wonderful friendly young women came with a big smile N told me "Hello welcome go ahead N have a seat wherever you like" so I sat down N within 2 minutez the young women returned with chipz,salsa N a menu N I ordered my drink N within 3 minutez or sooner my drink waz already on the table!! Bigg plus!! I finished my food N drink N paid N waz impressed with the customer service N quality of the food N drinkz. I wanna thank the young girl who attended me,I didn't get her name but she waz a awesome multitasking hard worker taking everyonez order table to table all by herself N keeping everyone happy!!
