I’ve never been treated so rudely in my life. Clearly the Managment should train employees better in terms of return policies and procedures. We just came back from a Vegas celebration for my husbands 40th Birthday and one of his gifts was a Seahawks Shirt from the Hudson team store. When we returned from our trip we got off the plane and went straight to the store to exchange the shirt for a large. We had the bag that it was purchase in, shirt with tags intact, yet they refused to exchange the shirt for a larger size since we didn’t have the original receipt. We were told to go to this specific store from the other Hudson store since the Seahawks shirt was clearly from the Seahawks store. They told us that it shouldn’t be a problem to do the exchange. The sales gal that worked there hardly spoke English and said we had to have a receipt. I told her to get ahold of her manager. She didn’t know how to get ahold of him and hung up the phone and said there’s nothing she could do. I then proceeded to ask her for a copy of their return policy or exchange policy and she didn’t know where that was. I’m saddened by the lack of work ethic and customer service... as a business owner I know the importance of training employees the correct way to deal with situations. Policies and procedures, S.O.P’s should be in place. What a way to end a great birthday celebration. Here’s the best part... when trying to understand why we couldn’t exchange the shirt for a bigger size, she said we would have to go to the Hudson store... my husband looked at her and pointed at her shirt and asked... “what does it say on your shirt?” The employees shirt said “Hudson” right on it. She looked at him then at her shirt and slowly read the word Hudddsonnn. Need I say more.. AND she still looked at us with a blank look on her face... unwilling to help us. I will never purchase another item from that store. And if you’re reading this, I hope you NEVER purchase...
