Have enjoyed my experiences here for the most part. Friendly and generally pretty quick. My only qualms are with the scheduling. Ive had it once where they moved the start time of a confirmed appointment to a sooner time the day of the appointment and I wasnt aware until after i was off work and had my phone with me again. Than was chastised about being late when I got there. Also have had an appointment cancelled the day of, I had made the appointment the night before, but still disappointing.

Edited to add after owner reply. The first statement is incorrect. If I was asked or informed of an appointment move time to my confirmed appointment I in no way could have respnded bc i do not have access to my phone during work hours or would not have agreed to come in earlier than my scheduled time bc my work schedule would not allow. The start time was moved up from 4:50 to start at 430. I am never off work before 430 and therefore would never schedule or agree to a start time of 430. But the nail tech was calling me a few minutes after 430 asking me where I was and then gave me a hard time about still "being able to fit me in even though I was late" when I arrived even though it was moved up i still arrived within 10 minutes bc I always schedule appointments with a 10 or 15 minute leeway. 2nd point is fair but I had scheduled an appointment the night before and didnt see the confirmation messages, my bad on that one but also it was made the day before (and had a credit card payment attached as mine...

One of the biggest reasons I’m a repeat customer is because of the two ladies in the shop, the owner (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) and Annie.

They’re hilarious, kind and accommodating. I’ve seen them in the face of angry customers (angry because they couldn’t accommodate everything someone wanted because they were 30 min late to their appointment or they were mad that they didn’t have the color they wanted). The owner especially is so gracious and patient, I was really impressed with how she handled herself. I think people need to realize these appointments are 1-3 hours depending on how many services you want and they don’t ever overbook because they don’t want customers to feel rushed.

This place is quality, the decorations are a nice touch and I like that they offer beverages. There’s a lot of options for colors, regular, shellac and dipping powder. Every time I go in, it’s either really nice conversation, or a nice day for some laughter. I really appreciate this place being run by strong and independent women.

Something to note: I told Annie that I’m ticklish (like really bad) on my feet. She respected me! She is magic with her hands and I don’t know how she touched the bottom of my feet without me breaking out into...

i would encourage everyone to never give this woman service. the salon will charge your credit card regardless if you received the service or not, and they refuse to accept any cancellations even due to sickness. to state that you have my card info and threaten to charge it because i’m sick and need to cancel (for the benefit of you and your employees) is completely twisted and horrible customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. to be clear this woman charged my credit card 45 dollars AND THE APPOINTMENT HAS NOT EVEN HAPPENED YET. this is ridiculous.
