Ducky’s leadership reached out to me and apologized for the confusion and mix up right after I posted this review. Apparently they did have my desk base replacement at the warehouse and they had someone to come out and switch out my desk base immediately free of charge. Thank you Ducky’s team.

I’m having a really bad experience. I went to Ducky’s to buy a standing desk and I bought one that was advertised as a minimum height of 25 inches. After getting home and assembling it I saw it only went down to 28 inches. I called them the next day on Dec 21, 2022 and they said they would order me a new desk base that goes to 25 inches and that I would have it in three weeks. Six weeks later and still no sign of my new desk base. They didn’t even order my new desk base until Jan 13th 2023- the same day I called for an update and they swore to me they had placed the order already back in December (clearly a lie). I feel a lack of transparency from the Ducky’s team. My back is in a lot of pain and I’m regretting shopping here instead of just ordering exactly what I need on Amazon and having it arrive in 2 days. I hate to say that since I like to support...

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Ducky's today! Having just moved to Seattle, it's been a hectic week and getting everything ready to get back to work has been a top priority. I bought a desk from them at the last minute when an earlier purchase fell through. I misread the pickup instructions and my mother and I walked in to pick up rather than scheduling. The team told me that I'd either have to wait several business days for my original order, or we could alter the order for what was on hand so I could take a desk home today.

We viewed the stock and found a larger version of the exact same desk I had purchased. They allowed me to take the larger desk top and even price matched to my original order. They helped me load everything up and were incredibly kind and accommodating. Everyone we spoke to and worked with was great and I appreciate their help and accomodation so much. I'd give 10...

Great deals and absolutely unbelievable service. I came by once and went to buy a filing cabinet and Michael helped me wheel it out but then it wouldn't fit in the car. I came back a few weeks later, the day after Christmas and got here 30 mins after close (adjusted hours due to Holidays) and saw Michael inside and he came out and still rang me up for the filing cabinet -- despite office being closed and him being the only one in the office he was absolutely beyond helpful. Price on the filing cabinet was great and service by Michael just went above and beyond anything one could expect. Absolutely...
