I can't believe I haven't written a review for this place yet, even though I've been coming here on and off for years. It's always a great time hanging out with my close friends here. The variety of options available caters to everyone's preferences, with a wide selection of ciders, beers, and cocktails. If you're feeling hungry, they also offer delicious food choices. Additionally, they have a mini gift shop, a couple of pinball machines, and both indoor and outdoor seating areas, providing a spacious and enjoyable atmosphere.
The staff members are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you step in. The prices are reasonable, considering the quality of the experience. One standout feature of this place is that they are open even on Mondays, which is a rarity. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend...
Read moreI love love love the former The Woods / current Seattle Cider Taproom. I’ve been going here weekly (sometimes multiple times) for years. The service is incredible and the food and drinks are top of the line. Unfortunately in the remodel we lost the tvs. This location has been a top spot for us to watch the mariners games. It now feels like a business center - white walls, blinding lights, all business. It doesn’t feel like the spot where we go to catch Seattle sports and kick back with friends and family and enjoy a cold drink. I’m so hopefully they bring the tv and vibe back. Because I hate to walk away from the great service and food. Gus, Larissa, and Mason are top of the line and deserve a raise. Can’t wait to update this review with 5 stars when the tvs/fun vibes are back cuz I can’t do the business park vibes for...
Read moreI used to love Seattle Cider. I had been coming to their location pre-Covid for years. Even though the taste of their cider has gone downhill recently, I still wanted to take my friend from out of town to show her a true cidery. Walking in felt like an old, welcome memory. Except I had my baby with me and didn’t realize they are a strict 21+ establishment. Did someone come and calmly tell me this? NO. They WHISTLE at me and yell at me from across the room that I need to get out. It was over the top, dramatic, and frankly-mom-shaming. Such an embarrassing experience in front of everyone when it didn’t have to be. Fremont Brewing allows kids, how was I supposed to know? And instead of someone rationally explaining it, I was chased out. I will never be back. Seattle Cider-whatever you’re making might as well be toilet...
