Kelley-Ross Compounding Pharmacy — Local services in Seattle

By telephone, I ordered and paid for a pretty urgent pharmacy prescription item on Wednesday. I would have picked it up in person that same day, but they offered free overnight shipping so I accepted that offer. I could afford to wait one day.

Thursday came and went and the item didn't arrive.

Friday, I call them and they say that the item was held up but is out for delivery. It never arrived on Friday.

It is now Saturday and the item is nowhere to be found and this pharmacy is closed on weekends.

This is not only a bad customer experience, this is borderline malpractice. Luxury items are kind of accepted to be delivered sometimes later than expected. But I'd like to think that prescriptions from my doctor placed at a pharmacy would be on time.

Terrific!! Prices are awesome. I live in Spokane. K-R is significantly cheaper than anyone in Spokane (for my meds anyway), so I buy from K-R and they send my meds to me. And they don't charge for shipping. Whaaaaat?? They communicate well, so valuable. I travel a lot. Several times when traveling this summer I had to transfer my script (here to there, then there to here, etc...). K-R seamlessly made that happen, not one hitch. Very impressive. Always professional, quick to respond both over phone and text, and just as quick in getting scripts ready for both pick-up and delivery. It is actually both easier and more pleasant for me to get my compounded scripts than my off-the-shelf ones because the quality of Kelley-Ross's service far exceeds the average CVS or Walgreens.
