This was a ton of fun! While finding parking was as difficult as you can imagine being in the middle of downtown Seattle. We opted to park in a nearby garage and walk. The building looked cool and inviting. As we walked in, we were warmly greeted by friendly staff. When we were ready to go inside, we were given an overview of the museum and how to navigate it. We were encouraged to take photos and ask staff to take them of us. When we went through, we were greeted by more friendly staff who were knowledgeable about each display/exhibit, all of which were interactive! We had a blast and laughed a lot. Thankfully, the other staff members were friendly and professional, and they provided us with the small gift — a card with an illusory picture — which we appreciated. But the rude behavior from the one staff member left a negative impression and was out of place in what was otherwise a fun and enjoyable experience.
I hope the management will address this issue, as it certainly affects the overall customer experience. Or take that sign down bc it obviously seemed that they don’t want...
