Michael Doyle and his associate, Paige Roesler-Eakes, are truly a dynamic duo when it comes to real estate. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about the market here in the Seattle area, and even more important, he brings many years of experience in negotiating real estate transactions – in closing the deal. We are new to the area, but not new to buying and selling homes (this is our fourth purchase, having sold/bought homes in Washington, DC and Honolulu, HI). Michael patiently walked and talked us through two offers, answering many, many questions and enduring our endless comparisons to our experiences in DC and Honolulu. He was solicitous with his advice, respecting our need to make our own decisions. But when we took the time to pause and ask him for guidance, his advice was always 100% spot on. Thanks to Michael's guidance on pricing, our second offer was accepted within hours, and we were able to close in a little over three weeks. Paige was also instrumental throughout the process, scheduling showings and other meetings, providing critical updates on various deadlines, connecting us with title company, escrow agent, etc., and providing multiple vendor recommendations. She and Michael also worked together on keeping professional but amicable communications with the sellers and their agent, a very critical component to a successful transaction. We cannot recommend Michael and Paige highly enough! They made a potentially stressful process stress-free, smiling all the way to our...
Read moreWe met Michael in early 2017, after months of looking at dozens and dozens of homes, 4 offers, 0 success (luckily).
Then we found Michael. He sat my wife and I down, handed both of us a blank piece of paper, said "please write down your top ten priorities, in order". We did. He said "well, you agree on nothing!".
Sorting that out was the first step to a wildly successful search. The Sunday after the Open House, he drove into the neighborhood, walked around, talked to the neighbors. What was it like to live in Lakeridge. Did people like their neighbors. Did they enjoy living there. Was it safe. What did the community feel like.
When the seller came up with a creative under-the-table private loan to the 3rd ranked applicant and then asked us to escalate beyond that "sweetened" offer, Michael patiently listened to my flabbergasted rant. Asked for his advice, he said: "This is your call. But having been in this business for a long time, I suggest we do this: we tell the seller: 'You have our offer. You know it is a good offer.' "
Firm, with the confidence that proven ability and long experience brings.
The buyer accepted our offer.
If we ever buy a home again in the Seattle area, or if we ever sell our home (no intention, as it is perfect), Michael will be our realtor again. No two...
Read moreMichael Doyle, Mark Emily and their team combine knowledge, compassion and professionalism to create one of the best real estate agents. I don't live in the Seattle area, but when tasked with having to sell my mother's house and the emotions that went along with it, they went above and beyond my expectations. They communicated with me every step of the way, beginning with the initial walk through to the very end when the house sold in less than a week for above asking. I never felt pushed or asked to do anything that was ever out of reason. They had a vision which led to me having to put my trust into them which they very quickly earned. I could not have felt more taken care of as a client. You become a "partner" with them instead of just a person they are working for. Every step of the selling process was taken care of diligently but also with a sense of caring. I am eternally grateful to what I believe is the best real estate team you may find in Seattle (or for that matter anywhere...
