Noah Salon — Local services in Seattle

First of all I rarely write reviews. But considering the horrible service I experienced and lack of follow through it needed to be done. I have seen a Rebekah a handful of times. From the very beginning I expressed to her my meaning of a “trim”, and that I was growing my hair out very long. Up until this last cut she did exactly that. I again asked for a trim and I wanted her to blend the layers in the front a bit more as the ones she did before were uneven and did not blend with the rest of my hair. It was hard to see just how much she was taking but at one point I asked her what she was doing when I saw her using thinning shears on me (I have curly hair). After my cut she flat ironed it so again I couldn’t tell how much she had taken as my hair was very straight and flat and my hair is usually very thick and curly. Five days later when I washed it I immediately knew she had taken way to much. I literally got out of the shower in tears. She absolutely butchered my hair. She took at least 5 inches off of the length and thinned the ends so much I have scraggly pieces for ends! It has taken me YEARS to grow my hair out and now will take me at least 3-4 years to get back to where it was. I called the salon the next day and left a message asking her to please call me so I could send her pictures of my hair. I did not get a call back so a week later I emailed the salon and again NO response. I am appalled by the lack of follow through, she could have at least had the decency to return my messages. I will never step foot in that...

Let me just say this is a one stop salon. Literally it has the best colorist and stylist hands down. Rebekah has cut my hair for many years and has never failed to achieve my desired look. She always gives a very clean blended cut and does what you ask also gives good trustable input and opinions for what would be best. As for Noah he basically did for me what no one else could do which is give me perfect bright blonde hair with no yellow he specializes in Balayage and I couldn't be more pleased with my results. I could tell that we were on the same page and he understood what I wanted. I have gone through lots of different colors and stylists and these two together could easily be the best in the town. I've had nothing but amazing experiences here - both the color and the cut I've gotten have been so natural and flattering. The people I worked with were so attentive and really worked with me to understand what I wanted and what I have liked and disliked about previous haircuts I have had, and talked through my routine and everything with me.
