University District Farmers Market — Local services in Seattle

The best in the city because the vendors sell produce which is what you expect from a farmer. I have rarely met a farmer who sells pottery, earrings or t-shirts as their top priority. Sure they can be pretty and nice to look at and even some things can be used with food but until I can plant them in the ground, harvest and eat them they belong in another venue which is what they do at the University District Farmers Market. This market has incredible vendors with some of the best fruits, vegetables, etc within the Seattle city limits. Great, lively market with a moderate amount of friendly vendors. It isn't the largest, but has a good variety of essentials. Typically, but not always, there is fresh bread vendors, fresh produce stands, handmade soaps and other items. Additionally, a few wine stands pop up, this time a really good craft Mead vendor was there. A few fresh meat vendors are usually present as well. One of the most popular stands, on this visit, offered cook-to-order sausage sandwichs. Fresh yogurt vendor was also present, Ellenos yogurt, which is typically found in stores, but sells flavors not available in stores....

It's so much fun at the University Farmers Market. Is between 50th and 52nd or so on University. I went down there the last two Saturdays and perform with Tony the sax man I did Louis Armstrong and I had lots of fun and lots of great and smiling faces faces smiling so brightly that you could see it through their masks from their eyes the food was wonderful the produce was beautiful the vendors were kind and so was the weather thank you see you next week around 10:15 a.m. let's get a crowd I'll try to bring some other comedians or singers and musicians art Vader...
