There is a play field, a playground, and couple of tennis courts. However, the playground is taken over by homeless encampments, and there are a few tents on the peripheral of the playfield as well. The restrooms are locked and look like have been closed for some time.

Rundown, human poops, trashy, and homeless. But yes, people still use it because we'll, I guess they might as well since it's their tax payers money.

Porta Potty was ALWAYS usially out of T.P.....but this last time i was there about 1 week ago(6/13/21) THE PORT A POTTY WAS PADLOCKED closed shut and the regular park bathrooms were still CLOSED & OUT OF ORDER!! On the plus side tho I did notice that there were only a couple of PEOPLE, camped out in the fields, AWAYS AWAY from the kids' play area & inside of tents but iam sure r ONLY THERE TEMP. & ONLY due to necessity, & not necessarily "by choice,"...

No formal parking structure. The street parking is difficult to find since it's in the university neighborhood and the parking I did find, the sidewalk smelled really bad. It looked a little sketchy. There was a mattress next to one of the benches and a homeless guy hanging out. It has a cool art structure of a troll or something pushing a house sideways, which was pretty cool. It also has a workout area, swings and some picnic benches. It also has a...

Rating as a parent with small kids: very rarely are other kids here. Playground is decent. Often junkies or bums will sitting nearby, drinking, drugged out, or whacked out. They leave their trash where they sit, even though a trash can is 10ft away. Occasionally will leave when some dangerously twitching, groaning, pacing creep shows up. Watched a guy try to put his sock on his head for 10 minutes once, while babbling incoherently. Part and parcel...
