I highly recommend Shea at O.W.N. Fitness! When I reached my 40s it felt like my body started falling apart. I became clumsy, unstable, and accident prone. I looked for a trainer that focused on overall strength training that would understand my ailments and not be focused on weight loss. I tore my ACL in High School and along with being afraid my other knee would give out I noticed that 1 side is stronger than the other. Shea was able to recognize the imbalance and cater my workouts accordingly. Read moreMy husband and I have been training with Shea and Adrian for almost a year and can’t recommend them enough. We came to OWN with the goal of strengthening and balancing our muscles as we both get older (30s and 40s). We both are moderately fit, but have found it difficult to stay active after having our first child.
Our programs are tailored to our individual needs and goals and have noticed improvements in both strength and mobility for both of us. My husband can carry both kids without issue (before OWN he threw his back out three times) and the recurring aches in my upper back and one of my ankles are pretty much gone.
