I'm relatively new to town and I'm so glad my neighbor recommended this place. I do not get manicures, but I appreciate a good pedicure and the Deluxe Pedicure here is wonderful. I've been here twice and each time my technician was kind and very skilled. My feet and toenails looked amazing. I like to bring my own Essie color and they had no problem with that. The job they did lasted well over a month. Let's just say that my nails started growing out before the polish chipped. Last time I went I'd realized I needed a pedicure the night before I was leaving on a trip. I called 45 minutes before their closing time and they let me come in right away (I live about 10 minutes away). They were kind and didn't rush me. Even though I told my technician she didn't have to do the massage part, she still did a relaxing massage and hot stones. I felt fantastic leaving for a vacation where I'd be wearing sandals and was relaxed enough to get some sleep before my early flight. This is definitely my go-to place! Update: I've been going to TnT for deluxe pedicures for a year and a half now and they are consistently kind, accommodating, professional and do a fantastic job. My feet look amazing and the polish lasts a long time. The calf massage with hot stones is sooo good and I love that they play calm classical music. The whole experience is incredibly relaxing. Still my go-to! Another update: They are still wonderful! Kim did an amazing job with my Deluxe pedicure today. I'm glad I called for an appointment this morning and they were able to get me in the same day. Always friendly and great quality service!! Yet another update: I've been coming here for 4 years now and they are still consistently kind and provide excellent quality service for the deluxe pedicures I get there. I tend to go during the week and can still call in the morning for an afternoon appointment. It is always so relaxing. I almost always find parking in the small lot in front, but if for some reason it's full, I park underneath the BECU credit union since I am a member there. So glad TnT Nails is still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI got my nails done for Valentineās Day and they did not last very long. They started peeling day3/4.
I came with two other friends for all of us to get our nails done and I was the first one to be worked on. The woman rushed my nails so that she can start working on my friends. Iāve gotten Gel nails done plenty of times and Iāve always noticed that they let the light stay on the manicure for a few minutes. The lady just did one coating after another without letting the Gel actually harden. If they are understaffed or they cannot take that many appointments at once, please just cancel on your customer instead of rushing one customer for another.
Another thing to mention is that the first time one of the lady did it, she did such a sloppy job on the French tips (each French tip was a different size) and then someone else had to come fix it.
It disheartens me to leave reviews like this because I want to support small business but I also spent $$$ on getting it done and the fact that it barely lasted 2 weeks...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time customer and scheduled an appointment. I booked Gel X nails and asked about the Gel X nails when I arrived. They asked to see my nails and said acrylic powder would be better. This was very odd and I stated I don't like the damage acrylics do to my nails and I prefer Gel X. When it was time to do my nails they started to put acrylic tips on and I had to stop them and restate that I wanted Gel X. At this point I was very annoyed that I was ignored. It felt like they weren't able to do Gel X. She switched to the Gel X process and I stopped her halfway to take them off as there were so many air bubbles in my nails. They stated my nails were "not right" for Gel X which is crazy because I've been getting Gel X done and have never been told that. I would've rather been told that they don't offer this service. Do not recommend this...
