Listen here, I don't know why on God's green Earth you think it's acceptable to do business like this but I'm absolutely fuming right now. Last week, Friday the 9th, I took time out of my day to go online and order a lovely bouquet from your establishment, Williams Flower, even though I had other options in mind. However, being the gracious customer I am, I decided to go through with ordering the "Lavender Splender" that you had available at the time. What a mistake that turned out to be.
So Saturday comes around, I wake up, and what do I see? An email from you folks stating that the Lavender Splender was out of stock, but don't worry, you'll do me the favor and upgrade my order for free. Great, right? Not so fast. I rang your customer service immediately to make sure my delivery would arrive that same day, because guess what? I was counting on that bouquet for Mother’s Day! But as you know, the day went on, and no flowers. At 4PM, you had the audacity to send me pictures of the bouquet, only to follow up with an email that it wouldn't be delivered that day. I was told, however, they'd be there bright and early Monday... Wonderful! Really saved the day there!
The whole point of this order was to have a beautiful floral piece for Mother's Day NOT some afterthought on Monday. To make matters worse, attached to the belated bouquet was a card that read "Happy Mother's Day". What a slap in the face!
But the fun doesn't stop there! Once the flowers came that evening, and they were brought out, the petals were practically raining from the bouquet. Those flowers were as far from fresh as you can get. To add insult to injury, upon inspection of your provided pictures, it was clear those flowers were withering and practically half-eaten.
I can't express how bitterly disappointed I am with this experience. I paid premium prices for something I could’ve got at Safeway for a fraction of the cost. I feel utterly ripped off. Read moreMy surprise gift ended up not being a surprise from having to call and ensure people were home for delivery after the “attempt to deliver” email stated the recipient wasn’t home. My family works from home so they would have been able to accept and nothing showed up on the ring camera that shows they attempted to deliver.
It’s 2pm the following day, (delivery wasn’t until 515 the day before and clearly no re attempt was an option with it being that late the day). I had to email for a follow up. No one communicated with me timeline to expect after mishap the day prior. Right after I emailed 1 of the 2 arrangements showed up. So I had to call a 3rd time in addition to 2 emails to make sure the second arrangement makes it. Which TBD.
I specifically chose that day at convenient for both of the recipients to be able to take them home. My sisters are twins, one lives in west seattle and I wanted to make sure she had her bouquet during the festivities. Now she will have to go pick the up.
I tried to support local, but it turned out to be more of a delivery debacle. I don’t live in town and these little gifts are ways to be present. Hopefully this helps with future efficiency.
Update: second arrangement arrived wilted and less flowers, for almost $200 this is disappointing and I will not use this...

I was very specific on what I was looking for in an arrangement. 130.00$ later and the the next day I received a photo of the what was to be delivered the next day. After reviewing the arrangement I decided to call with some of my concerns. This shop was prompt to get back with me to address my concerns. I spoke with a lovely lady,she took the time to hear me out and said she understood all my concerns and would address it with the flower artist. A few hours later I received another photo of the new arrangement it was much more what I originally wanted when i first made my call to place my order. The arrangement in my mind a little above average for the cost. But the customer service i received from the staff and the fact they tried to correct my concerns was over the top. I would give a 10 plus just because in these times to receive great customer service is so worth the price. I want to say to the staff thank you for making my daughter's birthday shine with the arrangement you created. I'll call next year for another...
