Our server (some medium height, white guy, brown hair, not scrawny but not built either, and a snarly attitude) gave us the WORST SERVICE EVER. He obviously HATED his job, I have NO IDEA why such an incompetent man was hired at this establishment. We decided to leave after eating the "food" and after continually treated like vermin. Mind you, we are two attractive young ladies and were decked in our Seahawks gear just trying to enjoy the game. Maybe this guy was a Cardinals fan and just hated us? I have no idea. My girlfriend and I also happen to work at Joeys and have been in the service industry for years...so we don't have sympathy for servers who have bad attitudes with their tables. Anyway we close out and my bill was $28. My girl left a tip. So that was on Sunday and today my girlfriend (who I went there with) texts me to tell me that Sluggers double charged her card! TODAY IS CHRISTMAS EVE MIND YOU. So then I go to check my account and I see I'm charged $38???? What the hell? Anyway we've both called the management and apparently the server decided to give himself a $10 tip - THAT I DID NOT SIGN FOR. If I don't hear back by 5PM that my charge has been reversed I will be filing a fraud claim against Sluggers and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. After a day with service THAT horrible, now being charged for a tip that was not deserved? No - how effing sleazy can you be??? That is STEALING. And I know our server probably did it out of spite since he obviously had no moral code whatsoever and should never be employed in a place where customer service is needed. ATTN: MANAGEMENT - Perhaps he can be transferred to BOH since he couldn't even use basic manners.
From now on I'm going to Cowgirls Inc. to watch the game. The GM there and the entire staff are beyond exceptional - and there's way more space to sit and watch the...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement, filled with sports enthusiasts cheering on their favorite teams on the numerous screen TVs scattered throughout the venue. As a sports fan myself, it was the perfect setting to catch up on the latest games while enjoying a cold beverage.
What sets Sluggers apart is their attention to detail in creating an immersive experience. The ambiance was vibrant, with baseball-themed decor adorning the walls.
Not only does Sluggers excel in sports entertainment, but their menu also hit it out of the park. The food and drink options were diverse, ranging from classic bar favorites like wings and sliders to more unique offerings that catered to various tastes. I particularly enjoyed their Doble Doble cheese burgers and craft beer selection, which perfectly complemented the lively atmosphere.
The staff at Sluggers deserves special praise for their exceptional service. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had an unforgettable time.
In summary, Sluggers in Seattle is a definite winner for sports enthusiasts and anyone seeking a fun-filled outing. Read morePros: Cool sport themed bar with tasty drinks (The Maximum Lime was tasty!) and really good crunch on the wings; good sized chicken fingers & fries plate 🍗 - Casual place, seat yourself on the top floor, with cool memorabilia and affordable prices
Cons: The bouncer/ID check person on 9/14 was really rude about us having 19 year olds in our party. The sign outside the bar said "Families Welcome" so we (I and my of age friend) figured the minors would be okay, but he asked us what our relationship to the minors was, asked myself and my friends' ages before we gave him our IDs; then - and he could've been joking - but he harped on making sure the minors wouldn't drink and told us that if anyone saw the minors with drinks in front of them, we would be kicked out of the bar: "We'll clear the table, you'll be charged, and you'll be asked to leave - got it?"
The policy is fine, but he made us all feel pretty uncomfortable with the delivery.
Even one of the fellow servers said to him, "You didn't have to be that intense" and he said "I thought I was nice". It just seemed like a lot for the the situation where none of s were even arguing about the policy.
And when we got in, the staff doesn't talk to you very much and can be hard to come by on the top...
