Revel is awesome. You won't find a big selection of parts or gear, because you're always going to find a better price online. However, you can find the essential items needed to fix your bike at honest prices (cables, brake pads etc.).

Where Dan really excels is in his top notch customer service, exceptional mechanical skills and his genuine desire to deliver on his work. He pays attention, spends the extra time to do it right and will make sure you understand your bike. He's also friendly and not at all condescending (like so many shops seem to be).

I came to Revel after buying a direct to consumer bike online and needed help getting it setup. Not only did Dan let me sit in while he worked on my bike, he took the time to really explain what he was doing so that I could better understand the mechanics of my new ride.

I'm new to mountain biking and found Dan's expert guidance on my bike and his tips on where and how to ride to be very helpful. I also appreciated how he handled his other customers that came in while I was there. He always took the time to explain the service I detail.

My impression is that he's a great bike mechanic, works at a reasonable rate and is really trustworthy. I recommend this shop...

Being a bike commuter for 15+ years and having experience with most the bike shops in west county, I'd say this is the best shop we have locally! Great energy, no over charging for work, no scheming to charge more with extra work you never mentioned you needed.. I really appreciate his passion for his work there too! I've been there 2 times since he's opened, this month, march 2025 and I plan on going today again for a fork steerer cutting! I went in to get a freehub pulled off an axle at the forestville shop and was charged $40 for something that probably took 1 minute to take off. The other shop in sebastopol charged me $300 to do a hydraulic brake job, cut a steerer and for brake pads. Dan is absolutely the best. If I could get this Business 10 stars, I would . Started with a Started with an emergency brake adjustment on a bike we were Selling . Never go to another Bike Shop ever this is the best place in Sonoma County. PERIOD!! Probably the whole Bay area.. We bought bikes somewhere else, and then un fortunately found they had not assembled them correctly

Not only did he take the bikes apart And reassemble correctly. He was able to retrofit for a hydraulic seat lift to accommodate my knee replacement . He did everything with a smile on his face and a timely fashion at a reasonable price. He did everything we wanted AND More!!!! What a fine this...
