Be careful when shopping here. Alice the owner is not only incredibly mean she refuses to stand behind her products. I exchanged a pair of jeans for another size and she told me like 3 times that I didn't buy them there. I was confused and understand sometimes people are having a bad day so kept showing her my receipt exchanged the jeans and left. Also she has all receipts in her computer system and could see I have spent thousands at her store and have actually never exchanged or returned anything there. A few weeks later the jeans ripped in a weird spot, I have multiple pairs of Mothers and have never had that happen. Asked her for some help if she can reach out to her Mothers rep. She kept blowing me off until she finally said her Mothers rep can't help and so she's done taking my calls, with the way she has treated me I am assuming she's going out of business or I recommend she find someone else to handle her client relationships. I spoke to Mothers and they have a 1 year warranty and helped me very kindly get a new pair. I love to support and shop local but I will never spend a dime at this...

I have been shopping at rust for several years now and love what this small local business has to offer. First, the owner, Alice, is always very kind and helpful with finding the most beautiful clothing and things that specifically fit my body type. She is always patient with me and gives me multiple options that she feels would fit me both in color and in shape. As someone that has a hard time knowing if things are flattering to my body, she is always honest in helping me find the perfect fit. I love all of the different things she personally selects for the store, and her style is gorgeous. I feel very strongly that it is so important to be shopping locally and supporting small businesses in the current retail paradigm, and I absolutely recommend this boutique. I love Rust. The staff is so well-trained - I walked in yesterday and ended up with a top I would have never tried on in a million years, as it looked wrong for me on the hanger.
