Wished I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this store’s location (Sebring). I purchased a couch and recliner. The couch came damaged (still waiting for the service guy)(manager is giving me nothing but the run around and saying I’m expecting perfection-no such thing…but I am expecting better than what I received) and the recliner is not the one I purchased (wanting proof it was ordered-run around on why I can’t get it). I’ve given them a month to come out and look at my couch. More than patient. Pictures of the sides of the couch are to show how off they are. Second one is how both ends should be. Also, only one cushion has been sat on. The two in the pictures came that way.
This company definitely doesn’t care about their customers!!!! RUN FAR FROM HERE!!!!
Every time I’ve talked to Nick he gave a different excuse. Blowing smoke. I’ve been fighting over 4 months to get them to send a service guy out to fix my couch. Now he says there’s nothing wrong. Look at my pictures. Very obvious it came damaged.
Such bologna on your response. You sent out two delivery employees to look at my couch ONCE and only once. You kept blowing smoke up my rear every conversation which in those conversations your version was different. Yes, I refused the recliner because you refused (multiple times) on getting a service tech out for the couch and wouldn’t put in writing you’d fix it. So, don’t make it look like you’re a good guy because you’re not. Yes, I’m all about reviews online whether good or bad. I have multiple bad because they were bad. Just like this review. Plus, it took you Months to respond to this review. You NEVER tried correcting this issue since the second day they were in my home. Again, don’t make it look like you’re a decent company to buy from. Read ALL the other negative reviews. Which are way more than good. Apparently NOTHING changed once the company was bought out prior to the new owner. You must really like negative reviews. You just don’t like people who don’t back down. We had been shopping for months at all of the large chain stores and couldn't find anything to meet out needs. We finally decided to go check out Lee's Furniture. As soon as we walked in, we were shocked that the store was so large inside. Also, it was loaded with all kinds of furniture, which was exactly what we were looking for. We were immediately greeted by the staff and treated like family. We almost instantly found the perfect furniture for our living room.
