Truly appalled at the behavior, food, and professionalism from the night shift manager. I ordered through the app, received my order via delivery and was missing items. I called the store, a guy answers saying hello…. I told him that I had just received my order and items were missing. He says nothing to me, I hear some talking in the background and a woman comes on the phone again saying hello can I help you? (You can tell she’s already annoyed) I explain that items are missing and some sauces I paid for and she’s like so your missing a taco…… and what your sauce wasn’t on your burrito. She knew the order because she knew I had added the sauce avocado ranch sauce on my burrito. (Btw she in fact did not add that sauce but put on the sauce I had removed from the order.) She informed me she’s been there 4 years as she critiqued the way I said the name of the items that were missing. She was argumentative, rude and threatened to hang up on me for calling her rude. I informed her the call was being recorded from that point forward because of her behavior as she again was talking over me and again being argumentative. My family just wanted our dinner. I called not with an attitude but to simply say items were missing and could we pick it up. I decided to not pick up the items tonight from this crew due to the service and behavior. After I got off the phone I opened the food we did get and they barely put anything in the order. The burrito I ordered extra rice and add meat paying extra for it and barely got a burrito worth. I paid 13 dollars for a meal that didn’t have enough meat in three items to make up one of what they should have had. Absolutely no reason for the behavior, or the food quality especially if this employee has been a manager for 4 years. This was my family’s dinner and because they do not take their job serious we didnt get to enjoy our dinner the way we had hoped. I will be taking our business elsewhere but think others should be warned before spending money and getting ripped off and treated badly for it when simply trying to get the items that were ordered...

I visited Taco Bell recently and placed an online order—something I don’t usually do. My son actually handled the order for me. Instead of ordering at the drive-through speaker, we went directly to the window, assuming we just needed to pay there. That was my mistake.
When I explained the situation, the male employee immediately said, “Next time you need to order at the window.” I apologized and asked if he wanted me to come back around. He responded with a frustrated tone, “No, that’s okay,” clearly annoyed. A female employee in the background repeated the same thing.
We gave the name for the order, and he told us to park by the curbside pickup area. We waited a while, but nothing happened. Eventually, the young man came back out and told us that the order didn’t register due to internet issues, and that another customer had experienced the same problem.
My son had already paid online, so he asked, “If I show you the order, can you fulfill it?” The employee said he needed to check, went back inside, and returned to say that his manager would not allow him to complete the order.
We left without our food, despite having paid for it. Although I was able to get a refund through the app for my order. I understand that technical problems happen, but the attitude and lack of willingness to work with us made the experience worse. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving service and communication at...
Read moreI wish I would have had to the pictures to give you a visual of what I am talking about but I will try my best. First far as the store Aesthetics it is a very nice looking modern and new store smaller then your usual Taco Bell. The issues I had with this restaurant were that I arrived at 12:33 p.m. this is the lunch hour they only had one cash register open but when I finally got to the front of the line I noticed a self-serve kiosk only one was working there's literally no point and having a self-serve kiosk if nobody knows it's there. You cannot see the kiosk station unless you come to the front of the store meaning if there is a line you would not see the kiosks until you're in the front of the cash register. I feel like some signage would definitely help because there are currently is none and it's up against a wall where you cannot see it unless you're in the front of the store at the cash registers. What are nacho fries and they were cold as many people that were there I would have thought that I would have got some fresh fries it took over five minutes to get my food again I get it it's the rush hour but one lady came to the front and was never seen again I'm assuming she was either helping out with food orders in the back but I feel like the store can be ran so much more efficient. From what I can see yeah I can make some improvements it's not the worst Taco Bell experience I ever had but it is nowhere near the...
