Absolute artistry in the form of waffle. This small business is run by a couple whose passion for their craft can be evidenced in their food, their service, and their store. The waffles themselves are incredible. The flavors are delicate and not overwhelmingly sweet like you find with most imitations. From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted and provided a thorough explanation of the waffle ingredients, production processes, and cultural origin, which I appreciated. It is one thing to find food delicious, but another to understand why it is delicious. They take one thing and do it really, really well. Might be one of the cleanest store fronts I have ever seen, which is just another sign of how much they care for their craft. I’d eat these waffles off any floor regardless (shame) but you really could do so here. Can’t wait...

Let me start off by saying, the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted by the owner. The owner provided a thorough explanation of the waffle ingredients, production processes and how they are to be eaten. Very authentic. Loved that he was sharing his cultural food with us! We were given a sample of the waffle chocolate spread. This spread is AMAZING. You will not taste anything like it unless you find an authentic place like this one. If you choose to go here, YOU WILL NOT regret it. We are so sad that we did not try this place sooner. If you are looking for an experience while eating, go grab a waffle here. I love food freshly baked and served. When you enter you can smell the different flavors. The couple is kind and generous. My husband had the pleasure in the 70’s to tour their homeland in Belgium. This is authentic made Belgian Waffles, excellent Belgian Chocolate . The chocolate spread is good for the Waffle or by itself. We are excited to gift our friends with the basket of treats. If you want authentic Belgian Waffle, learn how it is made, and taste the heavenly goodness. This is place to experience culture and amazing waffles. My husband had the strawberry, I had the dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Pure heaven!!!! :)
