Burger King — Restaurant in Sebring

A terrible experience! They need more help. Don't know if I ever want to go back. First I ordered a sr. Coffee with 4 creams, tacos,fries. The lady served my coffee, and I asked for the 4 creams, she said that I would get them when they served the food on the tray, and she rushed back to the register. I waited 15 mins. For my order, got the cream. No stir stick! I didn't want to wait more time to ask for the stir stick. My coffee needles to say was cold.

After we ate. We decided to get two whoppers and a coffee refill. There were 10 people In front of me. About a 12 min. Wait to order. The men in the back were running back and forth to the freezer then to the frier. So fast and sloppily putting the food together, and sloppily wrapped. Poor employees! They need some help! The order came up quickly. The same with the coffee though. I was told to wait until the i received my tray. Oh, i forgot. My first order of tacos i wanted some extra hot sauce. I had to wait 5 mins. To get someone's attention to ask for the sauce. I asked for 4, and the lady grabbed four, and was going to give them to me, but i guess she remembered i only had ordered two tacos, so she only gave me two, and then she ran back to the register. Poor employees , poor customers , that don't get the service they need. Really I'll have to be desperate to back to...

My husband and I went in there and the old lady manager not sure her name, didn't have a name tag, but she was using a register under Sharon and was very rude. We waited about 5 min before anyone said hello, welcome, or I'll be right with you. The lady started walking towards us and then turned and went to dt. Finally she can over took our order and had a horrible attitude like she was mad we were there n she didn't want to wait on us. When she started bagging our order she had frys that were already there in the thing waiting to go and then fresh frys came up she put the fresh frys in front of the old and then was going to give us the old. I asked her if we could have fresh frys she threw them back on the stand and said I didn't think you would notice. I'm sorry but I don't care if she is having a bad day if your guys are short handed or whatever the reason may be there is no reason what so ever for her to have an attitude like that. That was only like my 2nd time ever in that store since I have move to Florida and prob my last especially if I have service like that. That is very unacceptable especially coming...

Really bad experience today with them. Not only was the wait long I asked for a whopper with cheese, lettuce , tomato, mayo only, had to repeat this order twice, then I asked for Onion rings and a coke. Then i said can we make that a meal... Im told "sure".... then Im told my order was over 11 bucks. I get to the window and asked her to check that price... why, would a meal that's 7 dollars and change end up causing me over 11 dollars? She charged me a meal AND the onion rings instead... and handed my my bag. Luckily I looked in it before I left the parking lot... because the rings weren't even in the bag. So, I go into the restaurant...ask to speak to the manager... who hands me my rings however.... ALl i wanted was to substitute the rings for the fries.... not pay an additional 3 dollars for them... Neither one of these people seemed to understand my request... Fast forward to almost an hour later.... and discover that my whopper doesn't have cheese... to say Im disappointed is putting it mildly. I will go a few miles out of my way to go to the other restaurant before going back to this one that I pass...
