Ordered 3 club chicken sandwiches, after 30 minutes i got my food, the chicken was room temperature and everything else was cold right out of the fridge. My food was dumped in the bag, covered in grease and I saw one of the employees swinging it around waiting for me to pull up. I called less than 5 minutes later telling them that the food was cold, their solution? They asked for my address, i asked why they would need that. They said to send me a comp card to my house, I asked why when I'm just a parking lot over. I asked for my money back and they could take the food back, they refused to refund me and refused to take the food. They kept saying their Manger was extremely busy and i could come back tomorrow. I told them i livd over 45 minutes away and they didnt even offer to remake the food. They took my number and said they would call me later, I paid nearly 40 dollars for something I could get from the refrigerator section at Walmart. Really disappointed since they've only been open for roughly two weeks and they're already failing at providing atleast WARM food. Read moreDo not go thru their drive thru! Upon pulling up to order at drive thru, the guy immediately told me it would be a minute. No problem! A guy in a truck pulled up to the other lane and was told the same. After waiting over 10 minutes for them to take my order, they took the other guys order that pulled in after me. I was frustrated but, no huge deal until they literally never came on to take my order. I called from my cell phone while in line at drive thru and I could hear the drive thru guy tell the girl that answered that he had told me it would be a minute. This was over 10 minutes later. My dog in the back seat was barking by now and the guy said he couldn’t take my order cuz the dog was too loud!! It had just started barking at this point. I got mad and left. I called back to talk to a manager (Cat) who was sarcastic with me and asked when I’d be going back thru. (I guess she was going to offer us something…no thanks!) and Not coming back. I told her not till Memorial Day weekend and she said that was too bad it would be that long. (Which is 2 weeks away?!?!) She could care less about customer service. Read moreWorst experience ever, Today is my birthday and I decided to go out with my youngest child to enjoy ourselves for the day. I have never been to this restaurant before in my life. The lady. Taking orders was scattered and unable to stay on track. She had people standing there waiting while she was rolling her eyes and couldn't figure out what she was doing. Finally, she took my order. And that was it? I helped myself to a table. She did not give me a number, but she gave the person before me a number. After 28 minutes I finally went up front and said I was going to relieve her from having to come all the way to my table that I would just take the food myself. She acted confused as if I was up there trying to get more food for free. Said that she didn't even have my order in the queue. I asked for a refund they refused. Told me they would give me a free dessert. I said I already got a dessert email will just refund me for the one I got, they said that they will not do that. The lady took my receipt and didn't give it back. They didn't compensate me for anything. They did finally after 30 minutes gave me my food. Dry without any sauce or dipping sauces.
