Emergency Department at Northern Arizona Healthcare — Local services in Sedona

I’ve been here twice, my first experience was good everyone was kind and caring. The doctor correctly diagnosed me in seconds (I had the same problem in both of my visits)

The second time was different, without going into too much detail, the doctor was very unprofessional, and the nurse said “I didn’t know what I was talking about, and that I’m not sick enough to be here” which I do understand because I’m not a doctor. I left there and went to Phoenix closer to where I live and they confirmed I had cellulitis and lymphangitis which is indeed an emergency.

I think that experience was likely an exception as the other time was completely opposite and everyone was caring and professional as I said previously. Mistakes happen and you cant be right 100% of the time so I don’t think it was anything more than an accident. But considering I actually had an issue that could’ve been bad I can’t rate it higher

First time needing medical care like... Actually. Gashed my arm. So I went here. Probably gonna need stitches. I check in. And wait like over an hour lol. I'm cut here lil. This paper towel wrapped around my arm with some moving tape.. so if I was bleeding more or whatever then it would have been a problem. But just wanted it cleaned in a hurry. But had to wait for an hour for that. Soo. Get in and standard triage at first , doc comes in looks at it, says I'll get 3 stiches and GTFO of my office (not really lol) he was cool. Numbed and stitched I was out in 30 minutes after entering the double door area. So if you like waiting in line at the DMV, but only a little, get hurt and come here. Thank you so much Sedona Emergency Room for not only missing my broken knee on my x-rays but also missing my broken shoulder which is now screwed up for life I could have had surgery and fixed it but you told me nothing was wrong and it was just bruising I was being dramatic not only did you call me 10 days later to say you missed my broken knee but now I will never have full movement in my left shoulder ever again whoever your Radiologists are are the worst in the business I truly hope somebody who worked on me and actually feels bad. You discriminated against me because of my prior opioid addiction and just thought I was being dramatic and getting drugs or trying to get drugs when in reality I got hit by a truck and now I don't have function in my left shoulder because you guys can't...
