Renters beware! They have an EXTREMELY strict "no refunds" policy and are unwilling to work with customers. In February we booked a vacation through AirBnB with Dove Wing Knoll; one of I Love Sedona's properties.

45 days out from our July 2022 reservation we told them that we had no choice but to postpone our trip due to our new home build's closing delay (we are now closing on our house the week we were supposed to be on vacation). They said they would "do us a favor" and allow us to reschedule the trip before August 2022, but there were only a handful of days available in the booking calendar between June and August 31st, and we have children that cannot miss school unless it is during a school break. It was an unrealistic offer and they knew it. We attempted to negotiate with them, asked for a credit for a future stay in lieu of a refund, but NOPE. They are completely unwilling. I asked to speak with someone in senior leadership about our situation and was told I was already speaking to "the highest ranking company representative that speaks with guests."...really? Seems a bit odd. I wonder if the owner, Jim Bizily realizes how pompous that sounds.

We are paying them almost 5k and getting NOTHING in return. We tried resolution/mediation with AirBNB customer service, and have opened a claim with BBB. I realize at this point they have gotten away with 5k of our hard earned money, but I will be damned if I don't warn others so they do not make the same mistake we did in booking with this company. It is sad to see the bigger property management/vacation rental companies taking over AirBnB and VRBO and essentially stealing from customers by using their ridiculous policies to take advantage of the customers with good will.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful (Sedona Seven Canyons Peaceful Spirit 168). Well appointed and in a wonderful location that was not only beautiful, but very quiet. Great place for walks and dog friendly. We were there for Christmas and the home even had a full-sized artificial tree that was decorated. This was a nice touch, but I wish we would have been informed it had one as we lugged a small tree with us that we would not have brought. The club house is very nice, particularly the fitness center. The reason for the 4 stars is the home had nice patios on the first and second floor with beautiful views that were equipped with infrared heaters on the ceilings. None of them worked and since it was in the 30's and 40's when we were there, this was a big disappointment as too cold to enjoy the patios without them. When I notified the rental company, they informed me they would put a maintenance ticket in. They then came back and said maintenance knew they were broken and had a part ordered. It would have been much better if the rental company stayed informed of key service issues and informed us prior to our arrival that they did not work. Although we would have been disappointed, better to know proactively then spending 30 minutes trying to figure out if the things were working. I was also disappointed in the hot tub as every time we went to use it in the morning, the water temperature was only 97 degrees. I think it was programmed to do this but since we liked to use it after our morning workout, was pretty disappointing. 97 degrees was too cold when it was 34 degrees outside with a wind chill in the 20's. In the evening it was at 104 so I am sure a programming issue. Overall, the property could easily be 5 stars with better communications and ensuring...

We just returned from a fabulous stay at this vacation rental in Sedona from April 2-7, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Nestled in the heart of breathtaking landscapes, the property provided a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, making our getaway truly memorable.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the red rocks that could be seen from nearly every window. The rental itself was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities we could wish for, making it a home away from home. The location was ideal, offering easy access to the best hiking trails, charming local shops, and excellent dining options—everything was just a short drive away. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips on how to make the most of our visit to Sedona. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches, like a guidebook to local attractions and a welcome basket, really made our stay special.

This rental is a true gem, and we're already planning our return trip. Whether you're seeking adventure or just a peaceful retreat, this place promises a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our vacation...
